    It IS good news.

    Tyrannies run on greed. Greed is blind. Blind is stupid.

    And that ain’t the half of it. They also depend on fear but when they wreck the joint, there are much worse things to fear… like starvation. One worries less about the stassi when finding food for your family is the daily order of business. The stick loses its power without the carrot.

    I am constantly both amazed and cynical, at the same time, because all APPEARS calm, and quiet, for now. An invisible thunderhead, with a million tons of rain, lightening, and thunder is building up, right here in front of us, and the skies look sunny. Aye carumba.
