      It’s not about Dorner, who is pretty much as unsympathetic as they come.

      It’s about how they deal with people – including the poor bastard who’s building just got torched for no really good reason. Keep in mind also, had they gone with that plan in many other months, they’d have a whole mountain on fire.

Now ask yourself….why would one think US Federal marshalls would ever enforce federal law with their brothers in blue ?

        I “know” the level of corruption is high everywhere but whats wrong with causing the common enemy to feed on each other to promote that dislike and mistrust they have of each other ?
        Divide and Conquer shouldn’t only belong to the enemy besides I’d like to see the feeding frenzy when they start attacking each other in public

    Now ask yourself this question, if your plan to resist the stormtroopers begins when they stack up on your doorstep, why do you think that you will do better than this former LAPD officer. A man who was trained. A man who was not asleep at 0′dark thirty. A man who had already crossed the mental line and killed before. A man who was armed and alone with no family to protect. A man who had nothing to lose. Do you think your fort will be less flamable than his was?
    Their abilities will only get more overt as the worm turns.

      Don’t over-rate Dorner’s supposed high-level of training. This was a dude who was a Naval Reservist, and scored “Marksman” on the few rifle qualifications he had to shoot….That’s the lowest score possible, and I know the Navy’s quals aren’t hard. He was fat, out-of-shape, and obviously spent too much time in his mom’s basement, playing Call-of-Duty.
      That having been said, even his piss-poor training at the hands of LAPD was more than most folks have. Get some training. Serious training. Not, sit around the campfire drinking beer and talking about how tough you are training. If you’re too far from me, or think I’m too expensive, or my language offends you, go see Max V, or JC Dixon at Mason-Dixon Tactical, or somewhere. Appleseed ain’t gonna cut it, when the team is stacked on your door, or approaching your front yard.

        Thats exactly how I saw it John. Even his poor level of ability was more than the average militiaman. This bunker mentality will be the death of way to many. Have a plan to get moving. Get your family to a safe house then go on the offensive.
