    Spent the last 2 days humping my ass off above 10,000′ elev., leading archeology students around. Now that’s a workout.

  6. chuckisageek: absolutely. the key to develop strength is “progressive overload”, and while barbell is more effective at that, one can use progressively difficult forms of bodyweight exercises to similar effect.

      I would merely note once again that Tor on a machine running Microsoft is unlikely to be anything more than a false sense of security. Unless, of course, one is not already on FedPig radar…
