  1. Maybe some day we can move beyond the sentiments of sorrow and focus more on concerns of justice…OVER ONE OF THE BIGGEST CONS AND CRIMINAL ACTS THIS GOVERNMENT HAS PERPETRATED.

All those people were MURDERED. And the lumpen-proletariat goes along with the bogus state-sponsored lies with near-religeous fervor.

  2. I used to think 9/11 truthers were silly. I used to think that the Gov couldn’t be involved in such an elaborate plot without fucking it up royally. For the government to be involved in 9/11 would mean things have fallen to an unprecedented level of evil, and the government had been able to pull off another Glomar Explorer in an age of incompetence. Then I saw the Architects and Engineers documentary about 9/11… It was on some PBS station in the US. Unfuckingbelievable! You have to watch it to understand.

Michio, ever considered that they DID fuck it up? Just like they fucked up the first one? Consider, for a moment, a runaway train…

  4. I find it difficult to believe the towers could be rigged with explosives without anyone noticing. Especially since those explosives would be dislodged by the impacts. The thermite theory is even worse: thermite is slow (enough that it is used for welding rather than cutting) and has a flame that is white to the human eye. The tower fires were red-orange.

If nothing else it was used as a pretext to secure power (DHS, TSA, the Patriot Act).

Pretext or no pretext, everything I needed to know abot Islam I learned on 9/11.

    • Quote: “If nothing else it was used as a pretext to secure power (DHS, TSA, the Patriot Act).”

Osmium, you have hit the nail on the head.

Conspiracy or no conspiracy, this is the end result– You lose freedom.

I see September 11, 2001, as the day that the 4th Amendment died.

    • Pretext or no pretext, everything I needed to know abot Islam I learned on 9/11.

Exactly. And you have been fed non-stop since then.

Meanwhile… how is your… Muslim induced Police State going/growing in the name of… boo?

      😉

That was just the catalyst for a pretext… but the dark clouds are gathering.

Shhhh! Listen. Hear the beat of forging chains?

  5. I have found believing nothing from no one I do not personally know very well has become the only sane course. We exist in a civilization awash and drowning in lies.

  6. WTC Building #7, a 47-story high-rise not hit by an airplane, exhibited all the characteristics of classic controlled demolition with explosives

You first world people sure have gotten spoiled, you expect every fire in the densest cities can be contained in the building it started in. Historically, during out of control big city fires, intact buildings are dynamited to create a firebreak. Quickly. Right now. You don’t have three days to fuss with it, the whole city will have burnt.

The firefighters were busy saving lives, they didn’t have the manpower to also save this building. The building was going to burn until it was totaled. Given that the building was going to be lost, when is the best time for firefighters to carry explosive demolition bombs into the basement of a burning building? As soon as possible, while the least amount of structure has burned away. When is the best time to explosively demolish this building? Right now, when the living are evacuated and anything nearby is already ruined so it can’t be further damaged by falling debris.

The Twin Towers’ destruction [did not exhibit] […] Asymmetrical collapse which follows the path of least resistance (laws of conservation of momentum would cause a falling, intact, from the point of plane impact, to the side most damaged by the fires)

The strong part of that building was the central core. When the steel in the center softened (not melted) from heat, there weren’t any strong vertical members at the edge to tilt it over as it started to sag.

So, getting a building to fall within its own footprint, in the case of bldg. 7, is as easy as throwing a bunch of dynamite into the basement of the building, huh. So all the efforts that demo comanies go through properly placing the explosives is just a means of screwing the consumer, is that about right?

As absurd as it is, let’s use the argument of the central core being softened, even though it is physically impossible with jet fuel, occurred. What about the remaining 80 or so stories of the central core that wasn’t softened, hmm? It is another physical impossibility, even if this claim of “softening” occurred, for the building to fall at near free fall speed.

Here, take 13 minutes out of your life and learn a little something…

    • Anon, you statement is absolutely absurd, in that conforms not a bit to the facts known, and observed.

What we have here is a variation of internet agent provocateur, in the guise of appearing as one of the audience, posits a position defending the status quo, attempting to make it appear more palatable.

Sorry, Charlie, that dog don’t hunt. Check you facts a little more before you make such ridiculous assertions.

    • A building, in start contrast to a tree, is not solid. When structurally compromised enough, it will take a path as close as toward the center of the earth as resistance allows. The collapsed structure below it will slow it down from freefall speed. In fact a great deal of the building’s potential energy is spent on pulverizing the concrete floors (producing the visible dust) and snapping the vertical columns.

Also they would have had to find a way to hide thousands of miles of primer cord, the linear shaped charges and the ‘kicker’ charges that knock cut columns out of the way. All the while finding a way for the explosives involved to have more than a finite shelf life (even if the explosives were hidden, people would have seen charges being replaced every once in awhile).

Rigging a building for implosion requires a lot of pre-weakening as well. Enough pre-weakening that it would never be safe enough for every day use.

  7. Building 7.

This was New York City, the best demolition experts in the world would be on speed dial with the appropriate firefighting command. The fire department would have spent months and millions of dollars planning in detail how they would fight a fire problem like this. They didn’t have to be all that careful when they wired WTC7, if it came down messy, it wouldn’t matter because the surroundings were already trashed. It’s not a careful construction project, it’s a firebreak. I expect the necessary explosives would already have been assembled and be sitting in storage somewhere, it would need to be for the firefighters to respond fast enough. Maybe every single charge had a fancy radio detonator and Velcro straps so they didn’t have to string wires? Maybe it cost ten times as much as an ordinary demolition? Doesn’t matter, the cost of this equipment is irrelevant compared to the value of saving the rest of the city.

As absurd as it is, let’s use the argument of the central core being softened, even though it is physically impossible with jet fuel

Now you’re telling me that blacksmithing doesn’t exist? Go get a piece of rebar from Home Depot, put it in a wood fire, point a hairdryer at it to simulate the chimney draft of thousands of gallons of burning jet fuel, and when the steel gets red hot, bend it.

What about the remaining 80 or so stories of the central core that wasn’t softened, hmm? It is another physical impossibility, even if this claim of “softening” occurred, for the building to fall at near free fall speed.

Physics has what are called “scaling rules”. Larger items are proportionally more fragile than smaller ones, because weight goes up as the cube of the longest dimension while the strength of materials doesn’t increase. For example, a mouse can fall from an arbitrary height without damage, a cat survives, a man breaks, a horse splatters. When the lower parts of one of the world’s largest buildings is hit by the falling hammer of the higher part, the lower parts are fragile. The building materials are crushed by the overload, and it happens fast enough it looks like an explosion.

    • Napalm Bodywash

There would be a great deal of resistence even taking scaling laws into consideration. There was none. Not to mention the only way for this steel to be weakened there would have to be tempuratures far in excess the roughly 1000 degrees jet fuel burns and the 2700 degrees required for steel to melt. Your arguments are simply a classic example of normalcy bias. Did you even watch the video I linked for you to watch? You sound like an intelligent person. I would like to think you would be interested in the scientific method over surface claims. I’m telling you, these experts in this video just might impress you. .

    • So now we get the false analogy of blacksmithing, as if the fires at the building were of both the scale, and temperature of a blacksmithing forge. Add to that, the false analogies in the last paragraph. And ”thousands of gallons of burning jet fuel” were not part of the model of Building 7, which is what we’re talking about. In addition, your specious explanation ignores the symmetry of the event. And ALSO in addition, the equation does not take into account the loss of kinetic energy which would be involved in any collapse which would necessarily reduce the speed from free-fall.

I suspected you were an agent provocateur, now I’m sure of it. I’d love to see the ISP address.

  9. Would all you truther guys please wear a patch or something when the balloons go up? Thanks in advance.

  10. Ditto Lunatic Mayor. Those of us who can understand ballistics tables, wind drift, and fieldcraft would like to know about those who can’t understand the laws of physics, and the way the world works. I like this quote from F.E.M.A. photographer Kurt Sonnenfeld, who had charges leveled against him for his actions and questions regarding what he saw at the 9/11 site had an interesting quote on the issue on you ‘official government conspiracy’ nuts:
“Sometimes it seems to me that the “nuts” are those who hold to what they’ve been told with an almost religious fervor despite all of the evidence to the contrary — the ones who won’t even consider that there was a conspiracy. There are so many anomalies to the “official” investigation that you can’t blame it on oversight or incompetence. I am familiar with the scientists and qualified professionals to whom you refer, and their findings are convincing, credible, and presented according to scientific protocol — in stark contrast to the findings of the “official” investigation. In addition, numerous intelligence agents and government officials have now come forward with their very informed opinions that the 911 Commission was a farce at best or a cover-up at worst. My experience at Ground Zero is but one more piece of the puzzle.”

    Here’s a curious picture of the 9/11 site. Interesting…

    • Bingo Jack.
It is more telling what one refuses to consider that defines a irrational person.
      Question boldly…

  11. In summary: I believe WTC7 was explosively demolished by the firefighters. I believe both twin towers collapsed after the structural steel softened due to fires in the middles from airplanes crashing into them.

There would be a great deal of resistence even taking scaling laws into consideration. There was none.

Could you show your engineering calculations, please? Since you seem to believe that steel must be heated all the way up to a white hot liquid before it’s soft enough to bend, I’d like to check your work.

So now we get the false analogy of blacksmithing, as if the fires at the building were of both the scale, and the temperature of a blacksmithing forge.

Large structure fires are far larger (building sized) and sometimes hotter than blacksmithing forges. A blacksmithing forge is a propane torch or a coal fire you blow air through. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jet_fuel says The first jet fuels were based on kerosene or a gasoline-kerosene mix, and most jet fuels are still kerosene-based If you want to see jet fuel make steel hot and soft enough to bend, get yourself an antique plumber’s kerosene torch from ebay, and heat up a steel bolt with it.

Here’s a question for everyone who has bent steel heated by a propane torch: There were several hijacked airplanes in the air that air traffic control knew about. One of these planes flew into a twin tower. After the first tower was hit, how come the second plane heading for the second tower wasn’t shot down by a military jet fighter? You’re telling me the military concluded all of this was not a coordinated attack, but a coincidence?

    • Napalm Bodywash

First of all, your lack of open mind proves you unwillingness to look at all angles because you are firmly ensconced in the typical political pardigm. Secondly, there is time burning and the thickness of the steel being burned. There has never been a skyscraper to have ever collapsed because of fire, ever. Engineering calculations? Here’s a wbsite going through the calculations. Did you watch that video or are you avoiding it?

  12. There was no central core in either of the twin towers. All of the strength members were on the outside. This was done to make more unobstructed rentable space on the inside. An old-fashioned skyscraper could take a hit like that and remain standing.
