Initial Report – Atlanta Rally

Great armed presence — longarms and sidearms — with turnout of “hundreds”, per local media. Other coverage here.

Great speakers, including Larry Pratt of GOA.

More to follow.

Thanks to all who made it happen.

  1. Photos from today’s rally at the capitol that I shot for the Fayette County News in Fayetteville, GA:

  2. Awesome! I hope you all can repeat often in the Peach State.

That’s a great looking banner too;)

What is the deal with loaded magazines in the rifles? Among the common folk, I mean.

It’s funny seeing the fat capitol police with their ARs. I can imagine how proficient they are, and how they would perform while getting shot at by determined men with rifles. That they decided to bring their long guns to the event is telling,…laughable.

    • My understanding of the pre event flyer was mags werent to be loaded. As for the popo, we see what one man is doing in LA against overwhelming fire power in the hands of the keystone cops.

      • It’s not a law, just a suggested practice by the organizers. FWIW, most rigs were mag-in yesterday.

        • Ah. o.k. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it yesterday. Would’ve been nice to see. Any idea about the counter demonstrators and if any groups behind them? I saw pics of a type of confrontation but no news on what it was over. Thanks.
P.S. great site. I’ve spent more time here than any other site lately. I believe originally from Ann B’s reference to it in the past. Keep up the good work. I’ve passed on to others as well.

Well, good for them (those that inserted mags). I SUGGEST that TPTB take note.

  4. I don’t know where to share this. 7.62×39 in stock.

  5. Sorry I couldn’t make it there, I was having my ass kicked by the flu. Glad to see a good turnout, and supporters. We’ll get there, we’ll get there.

  6. Over 1000 people showed up in the freezing rain at the rally in NJ. At the same time, the progressives in the NJ Legislature comfortably sat inside and debated the best ways to infringe on our rights.
