Buppert: Repeal The Second Amendment

ZeroGov makes a modest proposal.

Look the Bad People square in the eyes.

Force them to play by the rules.

Drive the filthy cockroaches into the bright daylight.

The fundamental human right to self-defense and its tools does not stem from any piece of parchment or other act of man.

It is much more elemental than that.

Or, as another writer put it today:

…As the Regime takes off the gloves, every day it creates tens of thousands more American Patriots who realize yes, it really probably is going to get that bad, so really, they may not have that much to lose after all.

So why not stop being afraid and stand up to the Regime?

Join the honorable Resistance, or make your own. Garden, cook at home, teach your children, and get right with the Lord. Cut expenses, avoid taxes, learn new skills, and build savings of tangible real assets. Train, stockpile, recruit, prepare, guard, protect, and defend.

Make this your finest hour.

    He’s absolutely right.
There’s over 30,000 gun laws on the books and people are falling all over themselves to show how compliant they are. (read any of the gun blogs, especially the CCW ones, to see how really stupid gun owners have become) Gun owners will rat themselves out, just to prove that Johnny didn’t put a special pin or screw in his AKR-1547G3 clone! The NRA won’t follow thru to the end, because it would end them too. So let’s just finish this whole ridiculous idea and be done with it.
And then prepare to stand your ground. Isn’t that what it’s really about anyway?

  2. Section 1: The second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Section 2: The transportation, importation, possession and bearing of any firearms into any State, Territory, or Possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of weapons, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.

  3. 0321, You said it, and you know where I stand.

Seems to me just another excuse for inaction. If only this were to happen…, then we would show them.

Having the fools repeal the second amendment is not going to make me feel any different than I do right now as I write these words.

No my friends, we don’t need to have a repeal of the second amendment to get down to business. There is more than ample evidence for the shop to be opened. The business requires a physical presence though. We would have to come out from behind the keyboard prepared to face all manner of trials up to and including death.

And I can assure you, as God is my witness, should the second amendment be repealed right this instant, we would still be right here pounding a keyboard in rightous indignation.

  6. The best case to be made for the right is democide.

The sorry record of 262 million souls murdered by governments in the 20th century, and how all-or nearly all-those murderous governments preceded that incredible evil with the registration then confiscation of arms in private hands.

Buppert’s point about police (who, generally, unfortunately have gradually over time, morphed from being ‘peace officers’ into ‘law enforcement officers’, willing to enforce any law enacted no matter how wrong or silly it is) and their critical function as the support troops of tyranny (we know who will be tasked with the confiscation of our arms…), must be faced too…by the officers themselves, and those supposedly being served. The evidence indicates the majority of police officers have accepted the ‘law enforcement attitude’ and dismissed the honorable role of ‘peace officers’ keeping the peace. The ‘law enforcement attitude’ was every bit a component of 20th century democide as were the confiscation and prohibition laws they carried out.
It is critical that this be dealt with…

This government-our government: genocided the Indians off their lands, allowed slavery and the horrors of its aftermath, stuffed Americans of Japanese ancestry into concentration camps…there’s much more in the way of proofs that…

governments are never to be trusted, in general, but especially with a monopoly of the possession of arms.

Those wanting to disarm us must be hounded (politely-if possible-firmly for sure) to answer as to how and why-given that historical evil-anyone should trust any government, including our own with an arms monopoly…

We know they can’t make a convincing case for the impossible.

    They know it too.

That’s why they resort to arguments that are empty of logic but full of boatloads of emotionalism…the children and other similar blather.

The question must be pressed on them, relentlessly…

OK, so who you gonna get to listen? Or for that matter, who really gives a fuck today?
That’s the point lots of folks are making; we can squawk about guns, and democide, and dictators, and laws, into the next century. Nobody cares!
Nobody’s reading anything anymore either, like law books and the Bill of Rights or the Constitution, because nobody cares.
THEY have an agenda! Period. That’s it, and nothing is going to get in their way, including a bunch of keyboard pounding commandos. Until the first round is fired, and continues to build to a roar, none of this is even worth debating anymore. They’ve shown their lack of concern for the rule of law, and we’ve shown that we can be pushed in to a corner, so far without any consequences.
I just hope when the action starts, we don’t stop until the entire job is finished properly. We have become a nation that would rather debate and throw money at a problem, than do what has to be done, and achieve satisfactory results. Fat wallets and a lack of testosterone don’t make up for what real men used to accomplish.

I concur. First question, how much force? If we’re certain that democide is the end result of the path we’re on and we’re the intended victims, how much force now to alter that path?

      • > If we’re certain that…

Part of the thousands-year-old intellectual scam is teaching that we can’t be certain of anything. The dissonance between that, combined with our BEING the opposite, lets the scum move in.

Guys like us, alan, know there’s such a thing as certainty. This, in spite of the fact that one can never be certain of the future, owing to contextual matters—always too much information missing to be certain in any future context.

None of this is rocket science. For any person, that person should just leave other people the hell alone. It doesn’t matter one’s job, one’s family, one’s own values…but it does matter that you let everyone else be. And this goes no matter what clothes and gear you choose to wear.

That’s all. And WE–that means all of us regular guys who work our asses off–hire officers, judges and (gag me with a spoon) representatives to protect us. I personally don’t vote, cuz nobody could possibly represent me, but lots of people do.

Mainly, people hire all those uniform folk in order to protect us from those VERY VERY FEW who won’t leave others alone…common thugs, as that used to mean. We–and I guess I’ll just speak for myself here–sure as hell didn’t hire them to BE the ones who don’t leave others alone!

Besides alan, knowing what a bunch of assholes might do when they’re cornered like rats, is a lousy reason anyway for good men to choose how to live. Fuck ’em. Leave your actions to what you know as good (there’s some certainty for you) and let them destroy their own damn selves. If they absolutely, positively won’t learn to leave others alone…well, that would be their choice, right?

IOW if they seriously want to commit suicide, let ’em. You gotta be under a rock to not know what always made this country different.

And great comment Semper Fi…I could go really long on that one!

You already know that the corruption is so deep it’s gonna take a shit load of brass and rope to see this thru. No half ass truces either, this shit has got to be buried, once and for all. And as a reminder that it won’t be tolerated again, well, for a generation or two.

        • “And as a reminder that it won’t be tolerated again, well, for a generation or two.”

FWIW that’s been my call for a while, though obviously anything can happen. Today it looks like an even easier win for the Good Guys, maybe with barely a shot fired.

And if shots are fired, the Good Guys crush ’em even faster IMO. I’ll accept slower though, peaceably; what’s important is the WIN.

And yes, it should put the whole “issue” away for a good long while, at least on these shores. Some “issue”…I still can’t figure out what the debate is about!

  7. Since the Bill of Rights only enumerates the Rights we already own as free men repealing that formal announcement has no effect on the absolute existence of the right in any way.. they can do whatever they like , it doesnt matter. Like Breitbart used to say.. “So What !”

  8. Blood for liberty

Unfortunately, that is the exact, universal and inviolable alchemy.

    Prepare to donate….

  9. StukaPilot yawns luxuriently, stretches, grins…I don’t give a flying f**k what the Regime does at this point! It’s a moral, political, & economic Ponzi and will collapse way sooner than most of us think. The bloody crafting of a New Order may, however, take years.

  10. Yank III, you have it right. Theses are rights given by God, not by government. They can not be taken away but can be given away. These people have declared war on you and your family. What do they deserve? They intend to leave you without arms to defend yourself against criminals that do have arms. Do not give up your rights from God.
