    • Dude asked for a link, he had some useful info, and it was posted as such.

    • Hey Bruno,

This is the admin of the site in question. Your criticism about the site not being comprehensive is well taken. At the moment, the tagline reflects my long term goal for the website more more than anything, but I can see where you’re coming from.

The site is just a few weeks old and I’m still in the process of writing content as I find time. I WISH I was getting freebies from the manufacturers, but right now I’m simply writing based on personal experience. (Note to manufacturers: Please send me free stuff.)

Regarding Aimpoint, I have no zero issue with them and I think they make excellent products. However, I’m really trying to keep the site focused on purely holographic weapon sights. There are just too many sights out there for one man to cover every style, manufactuer, etc. It turns out that reddotsightguide.com is available; if you’d like to build a sister site I’d be happy to help you get started.

Finally, I think it’s fair to say that EOTech is the military choice for *holographic* sights, but in terms of sheer numbers I wouldn’t argue that Aimpoint comes out on top.

      Thanks for you feedback,

      • Thanks Chuck.

I know I’d love to see a review of the Primary Arms offerings [ https://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_Arms_s/586.htm ].

      • Man I thought your writing was good and the content of what you tested sound. It comes off as honest so what else can you ask?

        Good luck with this.

      • Looked decent to me and I learned a few things. Each article was *comprehensive*. I’ll stop back now and then to see what’s new. I’m wanting to put a site on my Beretta 92FS but hesitant to spend the money on something I know little about and don’t see much detailed info out there on these things. I guess the main sellers assume everybody already knows all the details, but we don’t. So in that regard your site may be useful. Keep up the good work.

Really? Pulled? Then all comments relating to the “pulled” comment need to be “pulled” also, as the related comments are now without CONTEXT and cannot be evaluated in an objective light.

A must have for your carbine. I ordered some offset iron sights for mine, and will be using this info to pick out my optics. Is there any reasonable optics you like in the $250- $400 range? Or should I just save for the Eotech?

  3. Good clean website, I shared it with my crew.

  4. Good to hear people are enjoying the site. I’ve got plans to keep expanding, so check back later on to see what’s new. Also, I’m happy to consider guest reviews if anybody out there has an opinion to share about a sight I haven’t covered.

@ TimeSailor – I asked CA to pull the comments before anyone else had responded – not because I am afraid of the feedback regarding my original comments.

@ Chuck – Fair enough; I’ve got projects that aren’t done yet either, and I’m representing them as if they are GTG. That’s mostly why I asked CA to pull my ‘gripe’. I can send you an Aimpoint PRO or H1 or T1 or M68/CompM4s if you want to review it. I’ll need it back when you are done.
