  1. ………..and THAT’S why I volunteered for the Infantry. Not to equal his courage, his exploits, or his grit. But to carry it on. When one man shows courage, the spines of others are stiffened. I was sitting in a mess hall in Ft. Leonard Wood, when I heard the news he died. I couldn’t help crying. When, comes such another?

    • You ain’t dead yet. Show the world what you’re made of. Come on. One well placed shot and you too can become famous.

    • When, comes such another? America did have real heroes at one time. Can this or any other recent generation point to their generation’s likeness of such a man? None come to my mind. How did this nation lose its mettal?

Keep in mind Sean that there are more than a few bastards around here who believe that he was a dupe for the evil American Constitutional conspiracy.

      • OP, and Sean, (and all those you referenced, bastards who hate the best of American ideals and heroism):

It matters not by who or what Audi Murphy and all his buddies may actually have been used, but who- their friends, families and fellow soldiers, the American People; and what- the best of American Ideals and Values held dear by those same People.

That is what the young men of this Nation have always served, then and now, and that includes Chris Kyle, Matt Bracken, Sean, OP, MVT, John Mosby, Weapons Man, AmMerc, DTG and even myself, insignificant though I am and unworthy to stand in such company.

None of us, in our youth, was prepared to know the whole unsavory truth of that which we served but all of us have survived to know that truth and to try to do what we can about it.

You bitter, cynical, hateful, fearful sonsobitches should, be grateful that we have.

THAT’S what leadership is about…raising people up instead of trying to bring them down.

Contrast with the Collectivist approach, fools who imagine they’ll make themselves better by trying to make others look worse. And you can know they’re full of shit, cuz they have to lie to even do that.

  3. One of our best soldiers in any era. Compare 2LT Murphy’s dress uniform medals, including his MOH, with General Petraeus from a few weeks ago. Sheesh……..

  4. Amen, Sean. Heroes are out there on the farms and in the cities today. We won’t know who they are – nor will they – until their time is right. But they are there, and they will act.

  5. …”Why Would the Government Want to Store Guillotines?

Gunderson told various patriot groups that the guillotines were being stored for the day that the government declares martial law and moves in to round up and execute American dissenters. Gunderson prophetically told patriot groups that the federal government was going to keep track of all of us. The last statement has indeed proven accurate given the recent Snowden/NSA scandal.

Can somebody please explain to me why the government would need to order 30,000 guillotines? For what legitimate purpose could these tools of execution be utilized?

The guillotine has never been used inside of the United States. The United States has executed people by firing squad, hanging, the electric chair and lethal injection. The US has never executed a convicted criminal through the use of the guillotine.

Given these facts, then why is this government importing 30,000 guillotines as Gunderson claimed? Oh, I know that some of the sheep are now looking up from the ground and have just said “there aren’t are any guillotines in the United States.” Then please tell me, sheep of America, why did Representative Doug Teper, of the Georgia Legislative Assembly (Democrat) introduced a bill which will supplant the method of execution, the electric chair, with the guillotine back in 1995-6? The referenced bill was Georgia State House Bill (1995-6) HB 1274 – Death penalty; guillotine provisions. Certainly, Teper would have never thought that this was possible is there were not already guillotines inside of the United States…”

I wonder how many “Americans” could identify the man in the photograph.

  8. Let me put it this way.

    I named my dog Audie.

And my all time favorite B Western is “No Name on the Bullet”

I’ve even eaten in the restaurant in Dallas that at one time was his house.

Yeah, I recognize the young hero in that photo.

  9. He has been one of my heroes since I was a child, many moons ago.

  10. Kyle also boasted of his ability to punch cattle so hard back home that he twice broke his hand. It should be noted that, abusing animals, of course, is one indicator of a psychopath.

After his stint in the US military, Kyle moved on to more lucrative pastures – the private sphere of war profiteering. Becoming the president of Craft International, a military tactical firm working with both the US military and law enforcement, Kyle continued to benefit off the wholesale slaughter of innocent people overseas and the increased police state here at home.

Kyle was bloodthirsty. He was a murderer. And he was proud of his actions.

To see such a murderer glorified by the mass media is nothing new. What is truly disgusting, however, is the reaction given to those who dare criticize the new Christ of killing. The complete rejection and borderline violent reaction to anything that resembles a hesitation to rush to war in this country is both frightening and extremely dangerous.

some have no regrets. They revel in their kills. They are a special breed of psychopath that will go far in today’s society. Others cannot bring themselves to face the results of what they have done.

Others still, have realized the consequences of their actions. They realized they have made mistakes. While nothing can change those mistakes, resisting the truth, avoiding personal responsibility, and hiding behind veils of patriotism will ensure that they continue to happen.

Chris Kyle, of course, was of the former variety.

This post was not about Chris Kyle.

      It was not about you.

      GFuck you.

          Is that you Bill?

Regardless, fuck you. Fuck you in the ass with a square dick.

          And have a nice day.

        • What is truly disgusting is anyone who highjacks a comments thread with irrelevancies such as yours. Not to mention blaspheming and taking the Name of the Lord in vain.

          Arseceedeedee. That would be you.

        • Gee…isn’t there anything you like about the company you’re keeping here?
