  1. Yeah, but in the end the author’s little parable dismisses the thought of a WWIII.

  2. Not bad other than the fictional story of what is going on in Syria, and why.

I love fairy tales with a happy ending, and I’m really,
really glad it could never happen here.

  4. Dig a hole, dig a hole in the meadow

Reblogged this on The Lynler Report.

  6. Priceless & timely, thanks. Surprised they actuall ran it.

RE the NYT: They got on the bandwagon recently about (sit down first) the shameful lack of transparency of the current admin. (Dammit, I told you to sit down first.) And because it was “the NYT” lots of little regional papers in genuflecting hives picked it up. Large case of “welcome to the party, pal!”

I’m enjoying my Saturday night. My firstborn entered the world earlier today, and she and the misses are healthy and happy. 🙂

  8. “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

    Hahahahahahahaha !

Don’t pay your “at the barrel of a .gov gun” mandated taxes.

“Land of the Free” my ass.

  9. Since we had more ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’ in 1917 than we do now in 2015 and a world war started in 1914, tell me again how ‘totally’ is now.

  10. Where’s “daddy” in this story?

Could’ve been an opportunity to discuss that breaking up an empire and allowing for self-determination could be like a divorce without murdering your ex.
