I Thought Texas Was The Land Of Freedom

Waco Blunders Through Its ‘Biker Shootout’ Investigation

Sure glad there’s no precedent for murderous government cover-ups in that part of the world.

  1. We do understand that pretty much all of this is going to end up in fed appellate court on procedural grounds right??

  2. Anybody in the III community good at android/iOS development? Seems like an opportunity to provide cover during an op, when 10% of the locals are falling down whatever. Cull the sheep early.

  3. My theory is that the Waco cops and feds exercised their right of pre-emptive murder in order to protect a snitch. That is what it smells like so far anyway.

  4. It’s a safe assumption that there is little, if any, competency in government. Affirmative action and corruption have ensured that outcome. The Justice system, from law enforcement to the judiciary, is a case study in affirmative action. There is also the problem of not attracting the best because of few rewards. An exception to this are those seeking political careers. Then it becomes a training session for legal racketeering and corrupt practice – very useful when elected (look no further than the political career of that master of corruption, Bill Clinton).

When you have that degree of incompetency, the bureaucracy’s recourse is to rig the deck against anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in it’s web. This includes all the regular tricks such as lying, falsifying, or tampering, evidence, jury tampering, suborning perjury, etc. It doesn’t help that anyone with a pulse can sit on the jury, either.

  5. One if the biggest lies ever told about this state is that its a bastion of freedom.

Try having your windows tinted too dark here.

    • We are just now getting open carry of handguns, ergo with license, no constitutional carry. I would have preferred constitutional carry outright, but headway is still headway. For those who wish to open carry, a retention holster with a serious belt is a must! Personally, I will carry concealed in populated areas, concealment being one hell of a good retention technique. As utterly tempting as it might be to want to make my statement publicly by open carrying Jan. 1, all I would attract are cops and criminals. Open carry should be a right, but that still doesn’t make it necessarily tactically sound. When was the last time you saw an off duty cop open carrying? That’s because they don’t unless they have to on duty. If you are paying for your six pack and open carrying when an armed robber comes in with a shotgun, you are already dead. Open carry means openly declaring yourself a combatant, hence why when cops are not in uniform they try to melt in with the populace. Just FYI for my Texas CHL buddies.

    • Texas is just like everywhere else–there’s a good part and a fucked up part taken over by the progressives/globalists. Half my DNA flowed through west TX, and I know they are still on the up n up over there. The east side is behind enemy lines.

  6. Land of Freedom:

  8. Well,I live in the coal regions of the Keystone.and feel the same way as Texans do as far as state “pride” goes. However, the questions already been answered nationally in my mind. It’s past time…

    • Anyone watching “Making a Murderer” on netflix? You can learn a LOT about how the system operates or just wait to go through the meat grinder-which i do not recommend.
Also just learned the ATF didnt make law by declaring the Can Cannon is an nfa item and putting it on an ar is manufacturing said item. 💀

  10. There are so many good Patriots in Texas. We in the Redoubt love you. Hang in there. We’ll save some mountains for you just in case…

  11. Makes me think that the biker gangs are paralyzed by fear of informants.

No more free Wacos! Oh wait…

When SHTF if you aren’t in one of those criminal mc gangs, they will kill you without a thought. I have no problem with dead criminal scum. That’s just many less that I have to eventually deal with.

That said, if a cop didn’t have justifiable cause to kill the scum, he should be hung/shot too. (we can debate later if career criminals should be shot on sight by anyone)
