I don’t know why I’m still surprised at the number of amoebas floating around out there who waste their time lecturing others on the rules of compliancy. Who gives a fuck if it’s compliant or not? No, actually what’s worse are the other jellyfish who listen to them.
That shit is about as relevant and legal as the assholes who invented the illegal law. Ignore it and live as a free man. If they come for your guns, fight and die as a man, your days are over anyway.
Try to imagine, you’re living at Pine Ridge and it’s 1890………..

  2. I’ve asked a couple of folks from MA how the people went from the ‘shot heard round the world’ to their liberal nanny-state of today. No answer. Their forefathers are turning over in their graves and ashamed of their pansy progeny.

    • If you follow the history – MA has always been pretty “liberal” – so part of the problem is that “liberal” has turned into fascist and nobody cared to actually check their core beliefs.

I think of it as the same effect that made so many Republicans just fall in line behind Neocons.

  3. The subjects of Taxachussetts are the same scum who gave us Ted Kennedy, John Heinz-Kerry and the leftist-in-disguise Mitt Romney.

Do more PT….just get your ass on the floor and execute push-ups if nothing more.

Do your best to put a magload from your long arm downrange today. Even if only 30 rounds. Practice courtesy Lamb, Vickers and others. (Consider a .22lr conversion to save money, yet practicing wpn manipulation and 1st round engagement).

Get ready men….if Klinton manipulates the election….for many folks their lives as they know it will be over.

    NEVER.

    GIVE.

    UP.

    YOUR.

    GUNS.

  4. I live in MA. This stunt is NOT going over well. Quite a few people – myself included – are at the point where it’s been driven home that following the law is only going to get you screwed over. MA has “registration” thru it’s FA-10 system. Healey has declared that all “assault weapons” were purchased illegally. Therefore: they have a record that you committed what Healey is now claiming is a felony. It took a while to sink in and some people still don’t get it: But following the law in this case just got you screwed.

I have made the point to people that if I had disobeyed the law all these years – I would have been much better off now. Because they wouldn’t even know I own guns. Some people get it – but a lot just don’t want to hear it.
I would humbly request to all of the readers out there: BOYCOTT MA. Don’t come out here and walk the Freedom Trail. Don’t buy Sam Adams beer – and don’t patronize MA gun manufacturers. And LET THEM KNOW WHY.

I’ve been making the point to people that one of the only ways that this potentially gets corrected – is if the LEO community here is completely and totally shut off from purchasing firearms. Believe it or not – a lot of them ARE 2nd amendment supporters. Direct pressure on the LEO community = direct pressure on the AG’s office.

All I hear though is excuses for “why this won’t work”.

Quite frankly what this has exposed is how utterly disorganized the “gun community” is – and at least in this state – how far up their asses most people are storing their heads. They think protests and rude lesbo jokes is somehow going to fix this problem. It’s not encouraging.

  5. History has shown that the colonists rebelled in MA against the crown for usurpation of ‘natural’ and perceived rights. Our rights are delineated in the constitution and non negotiable. The colonists commonly ran loyalists and anti patriots from office and out of the country. What in the actual f**k are the people of MA waiting for? A night of the long knives equivalent against gun owners?

    • Oh ya, the Massachusetts colony was a hot bed of Patriots, they went postal on the Kings servants and the loyalists. They basically held the governor a political hostage and tar and feathered the rest into submission.
I always figured the Fabian’s and their dissident factions the statists never forgot what happened, and set up shop in Mass exactly because Mass was the most radical origins of the resistance for independence. History is circular.

    • DWEEZIL THE WEASEL

Mr. Johnson: In answer to your question, the sheeple of MA are not waiting for anything. They already have it. Why did they and do they continue to elect these collectivist rat bastards? Because the Romneys, Warrens, and Kennedys promise them the moon and they deliver.
Remember Teddy’s “Big Dig” project? Look at the cost overruns and the scandals involved. But all of those union mooks cut a fat hog and everyone lined up at the FEDGOV trough for their piece of the action. And, look at the conduct of those useful idiots after that Boston Marathon bombing. They were standing on the street corners shouting: “USA!” “USA!” while a gaggle of porcine(pun intended) SWAT Ninjas wiped their asses with the Fourth Amendment.
MA is toast. It would appear that the geographical majority is just one Blue Hive after another. Any true patriot who is forced to stay there due to work or family commitment had better have a long talk with him/herself. They are behind enemy lines. They are in occupied territory, replete with snitches, Leviathan cheerleaders, lickspittles, and Kool-Aid drinkers. They need to secure their contraband and conduct themselves accordingly.

      • Jimmy the Saint

“MA is toast.” In the history of America, as goes MA, so goes the country. Whatever it is they want, we all eventually get.

    • they’re waiting for their next debt-financed gubmint check/auto pay-in. And will keep on waiting so long as the FedRes Jewbux keep coming

  6. The one thing all these political weasels have in common is —–

    college.

While in line the other day, the guy next to me(about my age) was wearing a ‘M’ hat and sweatshirt. I asked him if he’s been buying ammo? He looked at me like I was from mars. He laughingly replied No. I says, “so, you’re gonna sit this one out huh? good luck with that”.

Most of the enemy aren’t even armed, let alone supplied. The real threat is the poLICE, feds, and the military… Now’s the time to locate where they live. Oh, and don’t buy into the “leave their family alone” BS. They most certainly won’t leave yours alone… If Freedom is to prevail, ALL of them must be eliminated from the gene pool, or they’ll just be back again.

  7. The intent is to outlaw property, a weapon you own is your property, it is the first thing.
It is impossible really to outlaw what you do with your property, because that is action, and “laws” are only an idea that only work if you obey them, that doesn’t help tyrants because it only takes one man to put a bullet through their head, so the idea is to really outlaw people.
It doesn’t matter if diktat is confusing, contradictory, or insane, or all the above, proof positive in this case, it is the act that counts, it is the exercise of and retention of power that matters. Obviously, because the idea of rule of law has no bearing on the construct of this diktat except to advance power over people.
The other aspect of this is it is chipping away at the foundation of liberty. And that is very important to the statists, maybe more so than the means people have to kill the statists, to the statist at the very least.
But regardless guns matter, all guns matter, black guns matter a lot. The bottom line is guns matter because they are inextricably linked to both power of the state and liberty of the dirt people, and what is taking place in the peoples republic of Massachusetts and others is it all comes down to guns. Everything now, revolves around guns. Who has guns, who doesn’t have guns, who controls guns, and who is controlled by guns.
The only power Healey and the rest of her kind have grows out of the barrel of a gun. The armed badged leg breakers called the Mass State Police are that perfect exemplar of that power, essentially rabid enforcers of the political class who are as corrupt or more so than the Healy’s, who unrelentingly and without a shred of compassion enforce diktat with zeal upon the little people, yet their ranks and the political class is are free to pursue any avenue of action that suits their desire. Laws? Riiiight.
The only law is there is no law.
That is what us dirt people have to wrap our heads around, embrace it. Because when people comply with there is no rule of law, there is no law of right or wrong, there is only the law of submission to the state and most importantly it’s actors.
And they are building a slave plantation, where the slave are forced, ultimately by the gun, for the privilege of paying for the slave plantation.
Do you see how it works?
It is like being forced to dig your own grave at your execution, they even have you buy your own shovel, before they put a bullet in the back of your head, and you had to buy not only the bullet, but the gun too. A gun you are denied.
History is circular, we are all committed to it whether we know it or not, we went down this road before, the outcome was the creation of a republic that broke the mold of tyranny. The totalitarians, before the ink was even dry on the parchment, have spent over two century’s to make a new mold, but they are having a lot of trouble with completing new mold. Just as us dirt people are having trouble with what to do with the wisdom of the past. Dirt people are remembering dirt people who ignore the past take the dirt nap first, and the tyrants remember those with guns make tyrants take the dirt nap first.
I put my money on the dirt people and their guns. Events just have to run their course, at this point we are all committed like the pig. It is a sure bet in any case. The tyrants, with their grasp on the levers of power will hold on with maniacal fervor, then they will fold like a cheap suit, a trait they all share, they will collapse, not so much because of our guns, but from their own illegitimacy. They are already becoming irrelevant because the dirt people are beginning to say “I Won’t!” and MYOB!, (mind your own business). They only have the power people will endure. And you got to look specifically at yourself, look into your heart of hearts, and ask yourself what limit is there on your endurance and tolerance for this stupid bullshit. Not what others say or might think, but yourself. Because this whole thing, everything, it all begins, no matter what happens or not, with each of us.
That is the potential that the Healy’s of the world fear most. Dirt people, the little people with a mind of their own, a little self determination, some get up and go, and a gun. Very powerful medicine.
If there is one thing the Healy’s grok which quite a few little people don’t quite yet grok, is all it takes is timing and a handful of little people who choose, choose is the key word in all this, to refuse to comply and it’s on like Donkey Kong, it will open the flood gates and their power is gone like a fart in a hurricane.
This whole gun restriction thing is a shiny object, Look! A squirrel!
All we have to do is not comply, from there all else follows.

  8. There’s a certain symmetry to the fact that the region where liberty as an ideal was born is also where it went to die…..

  9. No surprise here. The reason women are so often chosen for positions of power is threefold. 1. Its a woman’s nature to empower her husband –> FACT: Government has become the contemporary woman’s surrogate husband/father. 2. Women always do what the MEN in lab coats tell them to do. 3. Women are a protected class, its easier to besmerch an attacker if the victim is female. By the shear nature of them being female, they can do no wrong.

If I was an evil despotic ruler, I would have many women in positions of power beneath me. So too would the financiers of the political class.

Combine the above facts with the past 50 years of social conditioning and what do you get? A dumbed down, apathic, lazy, narcissistic, whiney, dependent culture. In other words, a culture filled with nothing but spoiled children.

Which leads me to the fact that…

    Piggy is DEAD!

    And

    So is the Roman Civilization.

  10. VERMIN

If there is a stain on the record of our forefathers, a dark hour in the earliest history of the American colonies, it would be the hanging of the so-called “witches” at Salem.

But that was a pinpoint in place and time — a brief lapse into hysteria. For the most part, our seventeenth-century colonists were scrupulously fair, even in fear.

There was one group of people they feared with reason — a society, you might say, whose often insidious craft had claimed a multitude of victims, ever sine the Middle Ages in Europe.

One group of people, were hated and feared from Massachusetts Bay to Virginia. The magistrates would not burn them at the stake, although surely a great many of the colonists might have recommended such a solution. Our forefathers were baffled by them.

In the first place, where did they come from? Of all who sailed from England to Plymouth in 1620, not one of those two-legged vermin was aboard.

“Vermin.” That’s what the colonists called them. Parasites who fed on human misery, spreading sorrow and confusion wherever they went. “Destructive,” they were called.

And still they were permitted coexistence with the colonists. For a while, anyway. Of course, there were colonial laws prohibiting the practice of their infamous craft. Somehow a way was always found around those laws.

In 1641, Massachusetts Bay colony took a novel approach to the problem. The governors attempted to starve those “devils” out of existence through economic exclusion. They were denied wages, and thereby it was hoped that they would perish.

Four years later, Virginia followed the example of Massachusetts Bay, and for a while it seemed that the dilemma had been resolved.

It had not. Somehow, the parasites managed to survive, and the mere nearness of them made the colonists’ skin crawl.

In 1658 in Virginia the final solution: Banishment. Exile. the “Treacherous Ones” were cast out of the colony. At last, after decades of enduring the psychological gloom, the sun came out and the birds sang and all was right with the world. And the elation continued for a generation.

I’m not sure why the Virginians eventually allowed the outcasts to return, but they did. In 1680, after twenty-two years, the despised ones were readmitted to the colony on the condition that they be subjected to the strictest surveillance.

    How soon we forget!

For indeed, over the next half-century or so, the imposed restrictions were slowly, quietly swept away. And those whose treachery had been feared since the Middle Ages ultimately took their place in society.

You see, the “vermin” that once infested colonial America, the parasites who preyed on the misfortune of their neighbors until finally they were officially banished from Virginia, those dreaded, despised, outcast masters of confusion were lawyers.

  11. Haul her ass to Sturbridge Village or Plymouth Plantation, put her in the stocks and pummel her with Hillary and Humas old dildos.Take the carcass to Salem and burn her as a witch The old ways still have merit.

  12. Editors of WRSA,

Thank you for posting this article. I wrote it.

As for why LEO’s will not put pressure on the AG’s office – she defused that issue in her latest Q&A.

” Q: I am a law enforcement officer. Does the notice affect me?

No. The notice does not change the law with respect to ownership of Assault weapons by law enforcement officers. Your existing right to buy and possess Assault weapons remains protected under Massachusetts law.

Q: I am a dealer. May I re-stock my inventory of Assault Weapons for sales exclusively to law enforcement officers?

No. However, you may take orders for sales of Assault Weapons to law enforcement officers, and you may obtain those weapons from your distributor and possess them until you complete the transfer. When you do so, you must retain information sufficient to verify that the transferee is a law enforcement officer.”

Apparently, some people have more rights than others…

    • This is exactly why I have been arguing over and over and over again with the nitwits back here in MA – that something has to happen to shut off LEO access to firearms in this state.

The manufacturers and distributors could fix this problem reasonably easily by just refusing outright to sell to ANY government entity associated with the state of MA.

They might find another way around supplying themselves with firearms and ammo – but it would make their life harder at the minimum.
All I hear back from the vast majority of gun owners here is ” that won’t work” – along with ” so I guess you weren’t at the State House with us waving snake flags and making rude lesbo jokes and chanting USA! USA! USA!.”
I may not have thought it before – but I’m damn close to being fully convinced now : the state of MA is lost. In large part it’s because gun owners in this state are as bright as a bag of hammers.

  13. It doesn’t matter that it makes no sense. It doesn’t matter that enforcement will be nearly impossible and arbitrary. It doesn’t matter that clear definitions are impossible.

    Ambiguity is what they WANT.

    “But it makes no sense!”

    Exactly.

    • Ambiguity is irrelevant if you don’t bother with the “laws” in the first place.

      • Calsdad,
You will NEVER get Leviathan to shut off guns to the enforcement arm of the .gov… NEVER. You are wasting your time and breath.

How many ARs and AKs do you own? How many 30rnd or 60rnd magazines do you own? Are you ready to kill the LEO/.Mil who come after your ARs/AKs? Are you willing to go to NH and buy an AK and bring it back to MA in defiance of Ted Kennedy and Mitt Romney? They will come after ALL guns, it’s only a matter of time. They can’t help themselves.

I have stated for a long time that the rule of law has been dead in this country and I would argue it died DECADES ago. With the rule of law dead then the only law remaining is that there is no law and selective obedience or compliance to any statist unnatural law is lawful. Don’t make that argument in a U.S. court of law or the BLACK ROBE LIVES MATTER gang will ensure you go to jail. Why do you even care about following any state or federal law that is in direct conflict of your natural rights of self-defense and property ownership?

Willful resistance and/or noncompliance of statist laws that are against natural law is resistance to tyranny. “Resistance to tyranny is obediance to God” – Thomas Jefferson

    • Order out of chaos bitchez.

  14. I never liked the term ‘assault weapon.’ Any weapon/item you are assaulted with is an assault weapon, therefore after guns, the argument will move downward to the next threat level of ‘assault weapons.’
    Cricket bat anyone ?

    • The term “assault weapon” is a commie word tactic to make semi auto military pattern rifles seem bad. A TRUE assault weapon – is a fully auto capable small caliber rifle designed for engaging in military assaults where the soldier uses said firearm to lay down supressing fire to keep the enemies head down.

It’s been a while since I read thru the history – but my understanding is that it was the Soviets who first came up with the idea as a result of the warfare with the Germans. It was felt that spreading firepower out to the individual soldiers would be more efficient than having dedicated machine guns and single shot rifles.

Typical anti-gun nuts though simply can’t tell the difference and will conflate things together in their hysteria and claim that an AR-15 can shoot thousands of rounds a minute and other similar stupidity.

  15. Not sure if the other went through so here’s another post. The prisons extend further than places like MA. Just look at Idaho and the response from the AG regarding the Syrian rape case.

  16. I don’t think a lot of people really fully understand how onerous this “ruling” is. I don’t see it mentioned in any of the recent articles.

The Federal AWB was enacted in 1994. In 2004 – it expired nationally. The MA legislature then adopted the AWB and made it permanent in MA. It’s been a while since I’ve actually read thru it compared the MA AWB to the Feeral AWB – but I believe that what the MA legislature did is to essentially adopt the Federal AWB – VERBATIM – as MA law.

This is important to understand. Because I see people talking about a whole bunch of things like how she’s changing her ruling on the fly and so forth – and they seem to be missing what I believe to be the MAJOR point.

The Federal AWB was in place for ten years. That means that multiple Federal agencies understood what it meant and enforced it as such. The BATF being one of them. That also means that probably dozens of state AG’s all across the country – as well as literally hundreds of police organizations also “understood” the law to mean a certain thing while it was in effect Federally. Not a single one of them came up with Healey’s “interpretation” of the law. I think this is important to bear in mind – because if you’re a gun person – then you should be at least somewhat familiar with the BATF’s rather liberal interpretation of some of the laws. Saying a shoe lace is a machine gun is one example that I know gets brought up rather regularly.

Why did NONE of these literally hundreds of people and agencies come to the conclusion that Healey did? Since 2004 – when the MA legislature enacted the state AWB – none of the AG’s we had here – interpreted it that we either – and we’ve had two or three others beside Healey.

What we’re dealing with in effect is a rereading of law that has been in effect for 22 years – and was NEVER interpreted the way Healey did. And she did this on her own recognizance. State legislators were contacted about this – and they knew nothing. A letter went out (to no obvious effect) from 50 MA legislators rebuking Healey for exceeding the bounds of her office.

If this stands – the problem becomes far larger than just guns. I think they go after gun owners because it’s “easy”. Once they set precedent that laws can just be changed on a whim – look out.

Everybody here should be VERY worried about that. Guns or no guns.

    • I think you are wrong… a lot of people here understand exactly. What in hell do you think the magic negro community organizer from shitcago has been doing for 8 fucking years? I’ll tell you, EXACTLY what AG Healy is doing now! Why do you think she thinks she can get away with this “reinterpretation”?

It IS about gun ownership, always has been and always will be. What the hell do you think happened at Lexington and Concord over two centuries ago? You give them up at your own peril. You can die as free men or live as slaves. Your choice.
