You are either part of the problem or part of the solution.

Choose wisely.

John Paul Vann and David Hackworth did, as well.

Reblogged this on FOR GOD AND COUNTRY.

Awww, shit! Vann’s book, “A Bright Shining Lie.” Stunning piece of work. How in the hell the people of this country could ever allow such a stupid thing again is beyond the pale. 🙂

  4. Thomas Casey

Agree on “Lie”. Good read. Before another massive draft callup in ’65 (my call to arms) LBJ and his minions already knew that South Vietnam was not salvageable. I had it easy, but then some got killed and wounded over there–for what?

Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat.

    • Jimmy the Saint

      “for what?”

The Indonesians said that Vietnam bought them the time they needed to keep their own country from going under. So I guess there’s that.

    • Mr. Casey,

Your question regarding the 58,000+ Americans killed in the Vietnam War applies to every one of 19 American “interventions” since the end of World War II. We’ve now been in Iraq/Afghanistan for 15 years and counting. Surpassing our Vietnam experience as the longest enduring American war. “For what” ?

Where is the citizen outrage over this worthless, imperial debacle in Afghanistan, Graveyard of Empires ?

      • I though you would know DAN III because what we are doing there is to secure the dream of “greater Israel” or did you think we would let you abandon your (((friends)))

        • Hey John,

Thanks for your ignorant response to my closing question. Doesn’t surprise me though as you moslems do all you can to distract the ignorant from the destruction of fUSA, courtesy the taqiyya-practicing soetoro-obama.

  5. Swedish K, SOG troop?

  6. such a pity the world cannot live up to the lofty ideals of (((Daniel Ellsberg))) and some degenerate that can’t figure out which sex it is. Snowden, at least, ratted out a gang of Reds.

  7. Has anybody bothered to ask what the Vietnamese people living under a brutal commie regime think?

    • The SOUTH Vietnamese people we fought for didn’t care.Their leaders in Saigon were corrupt, and were settling personal feuds and for political power with each other with US equipment while our troops bled and died for them. The Leaders in Saigon cared little for their people living in the villages and hamlets, except to collect taxes from them. There was NO sense of unity among the South Vietnamese, no sense of sacrifice for a greater cause other than personal self-interest. You cannot fight for someone to have freedom and democracy, if they don’t care enough to do so for themselves!

  8. The whole purpose of you globalist government, as envisioned by the UN founders, and USNATO spear-heading, is to bring the non-integrated Gaps into the globalist integrated Core.

    Let’s try this again…

Okay? That’s why. And he wasn’t making big HA-HA.
