Buppert: The Myth Of Implied Consent

His latest.

Those who defend government must account truthfully for its excesses.

And the same for those who call for a ruler-less society.

  1. “Negan has been in charge of America since 1791.”

Bill is a little slow as usual. Negans have been in charge since before 10,000 BC. In fact, there has been no genetic change to the line of Negan nor the Neganites during this entire time.

Every tribe has its Negan. Every large family clan has its Negan. The only exception to this might be the Ik/Teuso living in Africa –so beaten down they can no longer produce a viable Negan.

We could split hairs on how good or bad a particular Negan was/is.

We could also become a Convenant people and submit to a spiritual God (who some here would just say is another Negan). However, if we were truly a Convenant people, we would have no desire to place an earthly king over us. If such a messianic transformation took place, though, there might still be minority that would complain that it took a Messiah (another Negan) to bring it. Born, live, Born Again, die, repeat.

  2. Another angle which exemplifies what Bill exemplifies. “Laws” only apply where they are desired to control the dirt people.
At the heart it exemplify’s the notion and cause of total resistance and revolution against the deep state in all it’s permutations, actually the state in entirety. The root of all evil, money. Look at the TBTF Banksters. Not one person, involved in the crash of 2008 has been brought to justice for the wonton theft of trillions in world spanning capitol, (Lets not even mention the bailout money and how that was clawed back, money that only comes from the only source that produces anything, the labor of dirt people). That TBTF money didn’t just disappear into thin air. It had to go somewhere. It is was stolen. Where is the justice department all this time. It’s not that I’m bitching about any money, all I see is the mind bending double standard here which exemplifies that what Bill says.
So if there is no justice involving that scale of theft, how can any laws be valid? Legitimate? What is sovereign then. But even more germane, how is any of the construct of the state therefore valid and legitimate. The answer is self evident. After all the whole system of centralized tyranny, administrative dictatorship, aka constitutional republic, is predicated on the uninterrupted steady state supply of extortion of the fruits of the dirt peoples money.
The other day I watched a video clip in which the people in the crowd of Trumps speech to the NRA where displayed. People crying over what was being said by Trump about the 2nd Amendment. And that gets at the crux of the matter for me.
How does that relate to TBTF Banksters?
    It’s the scam.
Those Banksters, the US deep state, the front government we are permitted to see, the double standard of, the law of the law only applies to the dirt people, which there are no words in the english language to describe the scale and scope there of the scam, those teary eyes of NRA members emotional delusion that somehow one man, President Trump, and, any man for that matter, grants any of us the privilege, no matter how genuine or kind that gifting is, that any man or entity except Almighty God, can grant you a primal thing you are born with already? The primal imperative that a man is always free and right to defend himself. It isn’t even a right, it just exists period. It is as primal as primal can be. It is the first thing. That somehow this government has power to decide that which never requires any deciding to begin with?
So not only does this administrative state, this administrative tyranny of centralized extortion called the US government, act to deprive or hand out primal things that existed from the beginning of the race of men, but it dangles these things like a milk bone dog treat, are you a good puppy? Do you think you deserve a doggy treat today? Where a good dog? Beg fido.
All the whiles, it and it’s cabal of associates literally, without reservation or compunction, with an iota of responsibility or accountability, literally with no limits whatsoever does whatever the fuck it likes while cramming every conceivable rule law regulation diktat what have you up our dirt peoples arse in the name of extracting every conceivable drop of wealth we create with our own hands.

What most of us don’t fully appreciate, what gets lost in the thick of this morass of incalculable double standards, is all along it works because most of us go along with it, daily.
I’m not picking nits on us dirt people. I’m as guilty as anyone.
But it’s rubbed me raw and bleeding. And I’m of the unshakable notion that the end of this clusterfuck in near and getting closer each day, at an accelerating pace. And in large part, next to the consequences of scale of theft, that end is due to withdrawal of consent of people. That increasing withdrawal is an accumulative erosion of the powers of the powers that be.

Fukn A Skippy, well said, again!

I’ve been working with dirt people here for over a decade, they seem to get it, the giant scam, and then scurry back in their hole and vote and pay subservience to their gov’t gods. They just can’t bring themselves to admit they’re slaves to their own minds and actions. How could someone like you or I know more than the MSM? Some are too fearful to find out, others too lazy.
Some of us keep hoping the masses will wake up, but history shows they will continue on as mental slaves for millennia to come. I’m afraid the masses will continue on as always, and the few of us here who know, we’ll just have to fly under the radar as long as we can, it’s not going to get any brighter.

Good read. But, I am guilty as the next. I should not be reading, but prepping more and trying to figure out more ways to stay under the radar. We all know that the only person who makes slavery possible is the slave.
The servitude of the Amerikan Sheeple is still quite comfortable. And, if the Norks, Chinamen, or Ruskkies start popping nukes, the surviving Sheeple will willingly go along with “crisis measures” which will snuff out what imaginary liberties we have left. Anyone who has read Hologram Of Liberty will understand that the fix was in from the beginning. The whole point is moot.
Choose to live a free life within the confines of the Leviathan, whether it and its ORCS be local, state, or national. Present a serene and taciturn face to those around you, for as times get tougher, snitching will get even more frequent. The grayman-fly-on-the-wall lifestyle is much better when you are completely surrounded by the enemies of your liberty. Keep planning, prepping, and praying.

  4. So, your ok with a drunk or impaired driver? Fuck you. I’ve had to UN fuck at least a hundred dead fucking bodies ” mostly the victims” from deadly drunk driver caused crashes.

I hate rules, yet understand that without rules/laws this nation would not be a nation, the strong would prey on the weak, and another kind of leadership would reign.

At least the perception of freedom is real in the present.

All strong willed men hate rules, which is exactly why those rules are in place. In 25 years as a cop, I couldn’t belive just how fucking retarded the majority of the people are. Literally 1/2 the population need to be saved from themselves.

I HATE rules, yet I’m willing to conform to some basic rules. The truth of the matter is simply this. I don’t drive fast, I don’t drink and drive, I stop at stop signs. Not because it’s the law, but because it’s good common sense, and I seen the consequences of not doing so.

Your vehicle is a 2500/5000 pound weapon. Yet their not the problem. It’s the retard behind the wheel.

Implied consent is far more then you make it out to be. In 25 years I’ve seen exactly one blood draw in a restrained setting. That shit bag had just killed a family of six, while drunk of his ass.

I had the unfortunate duty of notification to what was left of the family. Four little kids, and a wonderful mom and dad, out for a family picnic and killed by a fuckstick with three previous DUI convictions.

Yea I support the law, I’ve literally had to pick those beatiful young children’s brains and body parts off of the fucking road.

    Like I said Fuck You.

    • Thank you. I got to watch my first wife slowly die for 31 days courtesy of a drunk driver. Ever seen the string they use to wrap pork and beef? Imagine something like that to stitch your wife’s head together. Then there were the rods in each leg, one of which was just hanging by some flesh and muscle that had to be stitched back together. Then there was the bruised brain-stem from the whip-lash. The massive bruise on her chest and under her arm-pit. And I haven’t covered it all.

I’ll tell you how she died that night. I said a prayer over her before I left for the night. I said, “Lord, please let her sleep.” As soon as that left my lips, it was as if a jolt went through me. I went home, about a 30 minute drive. I walked into the kitchen for a bite to eat, turned on the stove. About 20 minutes after arriving home, and back in the kitchen… a chill came over me… but this was different. It was as if a wind blew right through me. Literally… blew through me. I had goose-bumps head to toe. About 30 minutes after that, I got the phone call, “We’re sorry, we did everything we could.”

Jose Lopez did week-end jail time for a year, and 2 years probation.

I was into stage 1 of the trigger for about a minute, when I backed out.

Yeah, we need some rules. And Jose Lopez should have been in prison for life, or better, hanged from a noose.

    • POd American

      This article supports your contention:

Additionally, I had a very similar discussion with my nephew this morning….here’s a sample of my email response to his questions:
      Definitions taken from the internet

      1) Is there “any” means by which “any” number of individuals can delegate to someone else the moral right to do something which none of the individuals have the moral right to do themselves?

      A Philosophical definition of Moral(s):
“Expressivists about morality do not take there to be any objective content to morality that could underwrite what we above called “the substantive definition”. Rather, they explicitly recognize the existence of significant variation in what rules and ideals different people put forward as morality in the normative sense. And they doubt that this variation is compatible with moral realism. Consequently, they need to offer some unifying features of these different sets of rules and ideals, despite variation in their content. As a result of this pressure, some expressivists end up offering explicit accounts of a distinctively moral attitude one might hold towards an act token or type. These accounts can of course be taken to underwrite various forms of morality in the descriptive sense. But they can also be taken to provide the basis of one form of moral realism.”

      A definition of Moral Code:
“One way of understanding the notion of endorsement is as advocacy. Advocating a code is a second- or third-personal matter, since one advocates a code to others. Moreover, it is consistent with advocating a code, that one does not plan on following that code oneself. Just as asserting something one believes to be false still counts as asserting it, hypocritical advocacy of a code still counts as advocacy of that code. When endorsement is understood as advocacy, it can be used in definitions of morality, in the descriptive sense, as long as it is the morality of a group or society. And advocacy can also be used as an interpretation of endorsement when providing a definition of morality in the normative sense. Of course those who accept a definition of morality in any of these senses—as the code that a group or society endorses, or as the code that would be universally advocated by all rational agents under certain conditions—do not hold that the advocacy would necessarily, or even probably, be hypocritical. But they do hold that the important thing about a moral code—what picks it out as a moral code—is that it would be put forward by all the relevant agents, not that it would be followed by all of them.”

A definition of Morality as linked to Advocacy of a Code:
“Another way of understanding the notion of endorsement is as acceptance. Unlike advocating a code, accepting a code is a first-personal matter. It might include intending to conform one’s own behavior to that code, feeling guilty when one does not, and so on. One cannot hypocritically accept a code. Indeed, hypocrisy is simply a matter of advocating a code one does not accept. So this notion of endorsement is available to someone who is trying to provide a definition of morality in the descriptive sense, even when considering a single person’s morality.”

If one or “any” one has no moral code, then the answer is yes.
If you have a moral code with endorsement advocacy (group speak), then the answer is yes.
If you have a moral code without endorsement or advocacy (you and your conscience), then the answer is no.

2)Do those who wield political power (presidents, legislators, etc.) have the moral right to do things which other people do not have the moral right to do? If so, from whom and how did they acquire such a right?
Same answer as above, it depends on whether you are in league with group speak (endorsement/advocacy) or not.

3)Is there any process (constitutions, elections etc.) by which human beings can transform an immoral act into a moral act (without changing the act itself)?
Again, this either implies group speak (endorsement/advocacy) or individual morality.

      4) When law-makers and law-enforcers use coercion and force in the name of the law and government, do the bear the same responsibility for their actions that anyone else would who did the same thing on his own?
Yes, absolutely yes. And this will be made manifest in due time.

      5) When there is a conflict between an individual’s own moral conscience, and the commands of the political authority, is the individual “morally obligated” to do what he personally views as wrong in order to “obey the law?”
By the definition quoted above and my personal beliefs, no. Endorsement/advocacy is the antithesis of singular morality. I believe I know where you fall on this subject. Thanks for asking.

    • >>> I’ve had to UN fuck at least a hundred dead fucking bodies ” mostly the victims” from deadly drunk driver caused crashes. <<>> yet I’m willing to conform to some basic rules. <<<

So conform. Did someone say you shouldn't? What's the problem? What is it you NEED from the rest of us?

What, you never heard of MYOB? Do you think that's a bad principle for everyone, or just you?

    • [Sorry, first part got clipped]

      >>> I’ve had to UN fuck at least a hundred dead fucking bodies ” mostly the victims” from deadly drunk driver caused crashes. <<<

Sounds rotten…maybe that's what messed up your logical abilities. So you're saying you PREFER the environment in which you had to unfuck over a hundred dead fucking bodies?

Okay, noted. Curious…what do you prefer about it so much?

    • I’ll take the opposite view…….get rid of drunk/impaired driving laws. They don’t work (exhibit A would be any number of multiple DWI convictions including death of innocents). HOWEVER, you choose to drink and drive, and get in a wreck that kills someone, automatic death penalty, to be carried out within 90 days.

Heck, get rid of ALL the drug laws (yes, I was involved in the War on Drugs in the 90’s, abysmal failure). You wanna get high?? Go for it. You overdose? 911 not available. You kill someone in the process, whether by driving or by dealing or by committing a crime to get your drugs?? Automatic death penalty, again to be carried out within 90 days.

Life is hard, its even harder when you’re stupid. And if that stupidity costs the life of an innocent, you forfeit yours, within 90 days.

Harsh?? Maybe, but I’ve been trying to put people back together since 1981. And it’s not getting any better………

Trump is bringing war, stop blaming the deep state.
my one comment would be remember, the Lamb is the one who opens the seals. Oh and no i am not Negan.

  6. Cue the worshipers of State with their invocations for Essential Tyranny in 1..2..3..

  7. 1. ….Putting aside fine phrases we shall speak of the significance of each thought: by comparisons and deductions we shall throw light upon surrounding facts.

    2. What I am about to set forth, then, is our system from the two points of view, that of ourselves and that of the GOYIM [i.e., non-Jews].

    3. It must be noted that men with bad instincts are more in number than the good, and therefore the best results in governing them are attained by violence and terrorisation, and not by academic discussions. Every man aims at power, everyone would like to become a dictator if only he could, and rare indeed are the men who would not be willing to sacrifice the welfare of all for the sake of securing their own welfare.

    4. What has restrained the beasts of prey who are called men? What has served for their guidance hitherto?

    5. In the beginnings of the structure of society, they were subjected to brutal and blind force; afterwards – to Law, which is the same force, only disguised. I draw the conclusion that by the law of nature, right lies in force.

    6. Political freedom is an idea but not a fact. This idea one must know how to apply whenever it appears necessary with this bait of an idea to attract the masses of the people to one’s party for the purpose of crushing another who is in authority. This task is rendered easier if the opponent has himself been infected with the idea of freedom, SO-CALLED LIBERALISM, and, for the sake of an idea, is willing to yield some of his power. It is precisely here that the triumph of our theory appears; the slackened reins of government are immediately, by the law of life, caught up and gathered together by a new hand, because the blind might of the nation cannot for one single day exist without guidance, and the new authority merely fits into the place of the old already weakened by liberalism.

    7. In our day the power which has replaced that of the rulers who were liberal is the power of Gold. Time was when Faith ruled. The idea of freedom is impossible of realization because no one knows how to use it with moderation. It is enough to hand over a people to self-government for a certain length of time for that people to be turned into a disorganized mob. From that moment on we get internecine strife which soon develops into battles between classes, in the midst of which States burn down and their importance is reduced to that of a heap of ashes.

    8. Whether a State exhausts itself in its own convulsions, whether its internal discord brings it under the power of external foes – in any case it can be accounted irretrievably lost: IT IS IN OUR POWER. The despotism of Capital, which is entirely in our hands, reaches out to it a straw that the State, willy-nilly, must take hold of: if not – it goes to the bottom.

    9. Should anyone of a liberal mind say that such reflections as the above are immoral, I would put the following questions: If every State has two foes and if in regard to the external foe it is allowed and not considered immoral to use every manner and art of conflict, as for example to keep the enemy in ignorance of plans of attack and defense, to attack him by night or in superior numbers, then in what way can the same means in regard to a worse foe, the destroyer of the structure of society and the commonweal, be called immoral and not permissible?

    10. Is it possible for any sound logical mind to hope with any success to guide crowds by the aid of reasonable counsels and arguments, when any objection or contradiction, senseless though it may be, can be made and when such objection may find more favor with the people, whose powers of reasoning are superficial? Men in masses and the men of the masses, being guided solely by petty passions, paltry beliefs, traditions and sentimental theorems, fall a prey to party dissension, which hinders any kind of agreement even on the basis of a perfectly reasonable argument. Every resolution of a crowd depends upon a chance or packed majority, which, in its ignorance of political secrets, puts forth some ridiculous resolution that lays in the administration a seed of anarchy.

    11. The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician, and is therefore unstable on his throne. He who wishes to rule must have recourse both to cunning and to make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are vices in politics, for they bring down rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Such qualities must be the attributes of the kingdoms of the GOYIM, but we must in no wise be guided by them.

    12. Our right lies in force. The word “right” is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. The word means no more than: Give me what I want in order that thereby I may have a proof that I am stronger than you.

From the First Protocol of the Elders of Zion. Exceptions? Sure. But such good men depend on the rule of Good Men for any rights they will retain. Thus no System of Law or Constitution can replace the reign of the Aristocrat. He and only He (who has nothing to gain) can be the guarantor of the Liberty of the people, such as it is. Otherwise, the servants of the Elders will simply reinterpret all freedom out of any such Constitution – as they have done and are doing.

  8. TheAlaskan

Every decent man is ashamed of the government he lives under. All government, to some measure, is against liberty. If the time comes in society where men have nothing left to lose, then the rifle will become the tool of insurrection. Then the rule of law will only apply to those who wish to be ruled. We are slaves to the State, till we aren’t.

  9. Seems to me a “voluntaryist” has the following options:
    1) Leave the state system for a destination where the theory can be put in practice

    2) Stage a revolution and eliminate one or more existing states

    3) Enlighten millions of people who will then vote to eliminate government

If you don’t believe in voting and do believe in the NAP, it would seem a settlement on Antartica, the moon, or Mars is in your future.

  10. Notarealperson

Nagans have always existed, at the family, tribe level, your employer, etc.

It’s bullshit relegating him to the state.

You’ll never get a stateless society unless it’s composed of a bunch of anti-social anarchists. Otherwise some sort of boss/headman/lawgiver will emerge. It’s the way people are rigged for running except for a small group of oddballs. Most of whom are already doing time in prison because they do what they want and don’t understand why the Popo dropped a grumpy on them.

And oh, his drunk driver example is a joke. No one has a right to drive drunk and endanger other drivers sharing the public roads. It’s one thing to drink and drive on your own property, but when you share a public road with others and endangering them.. If you don’t care about endangering others, IMO you’re just another psychopath who needs to be doing time in the big house.

  11. None of you ‘Get It’…’Yet’
The end of totalitarian rule is enough PPL with the will to make it end. And yes it may take a million committed PPl to make that happen
