  1. Needed to be said. There are so many things to be done, so many people that can do them, all that is needed is some training and some decent leadership. Some thing else. The Big Change will necessitate the use and spread of new tactics, taboos, and training. We can’t fight the next fight using the tactics of the last war. If anything stays the same in combat, it is that it always changing. And never forget your people have feelings when training and dealing with them. Leadership is mostly about knowing things, and timing. Don’t tear your people down, build them up. Remember: Women are natural born killers.

    • Women are naturally born to bear children. Beyond that they aren’t much good for anything. If they are killers it is because they are depraved./ S//

Can Confirm. Even Hardened Islamic women revert to a loving, caring mother in the face of certain death. Even after years of brainwashing and war.

If that’s how you view 1/2 of the world’s population then you’ve just proved to the world that you’re a unwashed knucke draging mentally challenged motard who is essentially no different from zizibba inflicting rug sniffing asslifters of ‘team mo’. You don’t deserve the love and affection and trust of a good woman and you will earn what you put out…namely a life of dire loneliness and gnawing regret.
But hey that’s your choice and decision Cmdr. Mc’Brag.

You’re an abject lesson of what not to be.

        You have my pity.

    That’s it.
Keep at it, you pointless fucks.
    Reaffirm your worthlesness each day.
Continue to consume and jerk-off to your
    post-apocalyptic, SHTF, dystopian fear porn.
Twisting yourselves into a pretzel, with the
finishing move always placing your head
in your ass, full of the conviction that you’re
    worthwhike and proactively doing
    something.
Hiding behind the dishonesty and lie that
you are a “prepper” and “survivalist.”
But the truth is you’re a statist shitbag
impatiently waiting for a societal collapse,
for the sole purpose of forcing your will
    upon others.
It’s what you pieces of shit actually
    believe Freedom to be.
The rule of law and equality of justice
    is long dead in America.
However, if you are of the dirt people,
fedgov will continue to law and order
    the fuck out of you.
And when fedgov has run it’s course,
you statist scum will replace them and
    dare call it freedumb.

Potent line. I can almost hear shoes pinching.

Pretty sure if I was a “Statist Scumbag”, I wouldn’t be trying to help people figure out their survival strategy for fighting/dealing with whatever threat is coming. Doing that would be contrary to the goals of said “Statist Scumbags” which is “Keep them fat, happy and dumb till it’s time for the slaughter.”. I’ve told you guys the opposite, “DO PT!”, “Don’t settle for minimums” (even if that would make you happy), and “Learn as much as you can in the time left you.”. Now go find another “Cat tree” to claw on Pussy!

        Oh, now you’re a “survivalist.”
I thought you were a shootin’, movin’ and communicatin’ patriot/militiaman/III percenter, ready to conduct a proactive offensive against the treasonous communist dictatorship ruling from DC.
        My mistake.
You’re the “survivalist” comfortable and content in a failed Republic of Freedumb, “training,” keyboard humping, and snuggling up with the “Law Enforcement” agents of the
        police state.
Wherein the rule of law only applies to white men who kill cats, imprisoning them for years.
“I’ve told you guys the opposite…”
You haven’t told me shit Jesse.
If we ever were talk, all you could tell
me is how to effectively lose, at everything, having to do with fighting for Freedom.
That, along with, how to bust a nut to delusions of grandeur and macho selfies.

        • “Oh, now you’re a ‘survivalist.’
I thought you were a shootin’, movin’ and communicatin’ patriot/militiaman/III percenter, ready to conduct a proactive offensive against the treasonous communist dictatorship ruling from DC.”
The “being a Survivalist” part has been my lifestyle for 35 years.
A lot of times, the term “Patriot” has been overused by people who are clueless and just regurgitate the pablum they hear from “The Right” . If you mean this actual definition of “Patriot”
          NOUN
1.”a person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion.”
2.”a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, especially of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government”

I’d say sure with the caveat of “It depends what the “interests” are.
As to the militiaman/III percenter label, I haven’t mean involve with a militia ,other than training assistance, for 22 years. As we’ve seen with the label III Percenter”, it is nothing but a term that defines “intent”, that is used by a large number of people who say they INTEND to do something in the fight for freedom (cuz it is “bad ass” right?), but in reality, won’t even do something simple like PT. Then there’s the other “III percenters” who believe they can decide who get’s to use the term because they think they own it, and only THEY are the true arbiters of “III percentdom”. (Irony, the true “III Percenters” weren’t what we consider “III Percenters” till they actually fought).
“Proactive Offense”? You mean actually start a war, because the definition of the two terms you use together would mean to attack before a war had started, and that’s just stupid. The closest I’ve come to saying anything that sounded similar was using the term “Aggressive Defense” as applied to Survivalists and others in a retreat defense scenario.
“Wherein the rule of law only applies to white men who kill cats, imprisoning them for years.”
RoL only applies to white men who kill cats? From what you’ve said, that definitely sounds like your demographic.
“You haven’t told me shit Jesse.
If we ever were talk, all you could tell
me is how to effectively lose, at everything, having to do with fighting for Freedom.”
          Who’s “Jesse”?
Is it “If we ever were talkING” or “If we ever were TO talk”? It makes a difference. As to the rest, it sounds like you can EFFECTIVELY do that all by your self. Besides, what would you ever know about “Fighting for freedom”?

          • hummus abedin

            I’ve never fought for “freedom.”
However, during my seventeen years of federal military service, I served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a cog in the wheel, for the personal intrests of the treasonous Uniparty shitbags.
            Go back to making your
            macho commando selfies
Jesse, I give less than a fuck about your police state schmoozing ass.
Whoops, I’m sorry, I called you “Jesse” again.
I forgot that you only go by
            the moniker of the character
            you played in Predator.
            Piss off, Blain.
Go back to playing freedumb man, while you
wait to scoop up the scraps
(post-shtf) with your police state buddies, remaking your AO in your statist image.

Civilian Training Courses are a good start to any tactical resume. If you lack the funding, any prior service personnel at your local gun range will gladly help you Zero and coach your shooting. Just ask. We have mountains of information and we go to the range to relax, do work, and make friends. A smile goes farther than a dollar.

    • “I don’t even want to go into my observations of USAF security operations. I worked in law enforcement around those folks for roughly 17 years. Good men and women, outside the wire, they have zero authority, a thankless job of regimented laps around the perimeter, and gate guard duty.

They have very Kool toys, the problem here at Kingsley Field, is their aren’t enough of them to do their jobs properly. They have zero chance of beating back a series of coordinated attacks, to few AP troops and to much perimeter to be effective. The target is juicy, roughly 40 f15s. ” this is the training rag, for ALL f-15s, active and reserve. Their slated for the F35 trainer roll, in three years.

Firstly, please don’t make the mistake of conflating ANG capabilities with AD AF Air Base Defense Security Forces. Two entirely different animals. And truly, I’m sorry your time with the ANG wasn’t good, but your perspective is shared with active duty AF Air Base Defense troops who’ve had to train and/or serve TDY with ANG units. No fault of the troops; the ANG command structure doesn’t believe they’ll ever be hit, so serious Air Base Defense (infantry) is only given lip service stateside. Question: Were you ever with USAF Security Forces overseas? Or with any of the RDF teams on active duty? I’m sure you would have been pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for the honest perspective on how you viewed the Air National Guard.

  4. JD, well done, thank you for your time and effort. But, I can’t help clearly remembering my experience as a 12b, in the Calf National Guard 132 combat engineers 40 th Division. We were ” combat arms” and had to be the dumbest outfit in the entire US army.

I went from that shit show to a “scout ” Oregon NG, and then air assault. We did a lot of ” simulation right there in the armories. Yea, that worked out well.

I appriciate your service and willingness to share what you learned. I have many very close friends who are small army retires, whom surprise me by allowing me into their circles. and several NG senior enlisted friends.

My bullshit meter for those reserve units got pegged early on. Most of the guys leading where fucking loosers, right out of the good ol boy system. Lots of ” reach arounds” happening at promotion time.

I actually got more serious training with the CMR, which stands for California Military Reserve. It’s the Bteam to the NG. My particular unit worked out of the Truckee Ca airport, with some pretty cool troops, who mission is to train Indigs.

That was our roll, we were the Indigs, learning mountain warfare. Spent 18 months hanging out their. I dug the training. Was living on top of Donner summit, in my parents cabin, working at Donner ski ranch, teaching Cross Country skiing, and also at the alpine skills institute, across the street, as a climbing goofer. Under thirty, living the dream. New wife, two babies, working the ski resorts. ” wife was a teacher” Good times. No money, didn’t seem important back then.

JD, I know your a good man, keep doing what your doing. I got respect for you. I’m sure most here do as well.

    Dirk

    • Above was to reply to you, Dirk. Apologies for the missed target.

      • DTG, not dissing you JD, I was an aircraft mech for 8 in the navy. Then on to high adventure in state guard units, non war periods.

Never an AP,MP, did get stuck on a 90 day TDY, to shore patrol. Was interesting, drunk sailors are a trip.

My hats off to you career military guys. I considered it, just didn’t fit the program.

        Keep up the good work.

SFC, agree you don’t need anybodies approval.

Wendy, your correction is correct. I’m on an old iPad, keys are sticking, and the iPad’s changing stuff, seems to be getting worse this past week.

“PT today, range tomorrow” is simply a status update that is also meant to encourage others.
If I got a reply like “We don’t need your approval.” it would strike me as unnecessary snarkiness. But then that’s what guys do and why we can’t play nice for any length of time I guess.
I was going to say something like what Grenadier1 said myself (Physical Training working out type stuff today, and putting holes in the paper at 25 yds/meters at the range tomorrow). Because that is how it is working out for me.
Martial arts training today. Strikes, kicks, blocks, drills and sparring. End by arm striking blocking conditioning drill. Ouch.
Get home, replace scope rings and scopes on rifles for better sight picture (found the best trick for me was to close eyes, put face on stock to get cheek weld, open eyes and adjust the scope rings height and scope eye relief for best sight picture. Boresight in basement against target on far wall so it will be at least on the paper at 25 yds. Looking forward to range tomorrow.

        Dirk:
Who is We, and who’s permission bond you need?
Don’t you need. Is what was written.

I would guess that Dirk, in trying to defend Grenadier1’s comment – is using a smart phone voice to text converter (I hate phones that think they are smarter than me and don’t have one) or – is manually typing his out reply on the keyboad and is then hitting the comment button assuming what he meant to say will make it to the comment page in the proper readable English format. Like I do sometimes.
Dirk probably meant “Who is We, and who’s permission do you think you need? You don’t you need anyone’s permission.”

        PT today. Range tomorrow.
And you don’t need anyone’s permission.

Unless you are Catholic. Then I guess you need the Pope’s permission. And he and his court apparently say if you take a hard line on immigration or support Trump you are full of hate and not a Christian.

But if you are like me, it doesn’t matter at all.
Because no one needs my permission.
And I do no need their permission.

Poor grammar does not necessarily indicate ignorance, but your perpetual sneering tone and loathsome assumption of superiority, especially on such slight pretext, does indicate complete assholery.

              • You haven’t noticed, but it is the assholes who are trying to help you (“you” as in those who follow WRSA — the grave defect of the English language is that it has no plural you).

But, you will rather the “I’m OK, You’re OK” people.

You are welcome to them. And everything that will happen to you because of it.

When I went through the Q Course on day one there 145 of us standing in formation. By the the end of 30 days (Phase I) there were 19 in formation. By the end of Phase III, there were 6 in formation. And this writer was the Honor Graduate.

Why? Because our instructors were assholes.

These days a beginning class of 145 would graduate 145 no matter how many times most of them would have to “recycled” through whatever Phase. Why? Because of “I’m OK, You’re OK.”

And here is the ultimate “assholery” (as you put it); I’m OK, and you are the anonymous “oughtsix.”

“Scope ring heights cannot be adjusted.”
I meant it in the sense of changing out different thickness shims.
            Sorry for the confusion.
The Leupold and Weaver scope rings I use come in various heights: Low – Medium – High.
I use the “buy and try” method – buy one of each and try each at home to see what works best with what you have.
At least I get to use 20% off coupons at Dunhams Sports, although the Weaver scope rings at Wal-Mart already have the savings built into the ticketed price. Just have to find someone to open up the locked glass cabinet by the gun counter because they are apparently a high theft item in some stores – that just coincidently happen to be located in major urban areas.
I buy one of each set and see what seems to work best. Time consuming and expensive but kinda fun as you become a little bit more one with the gun.
If I had to recommend to anyone trying to get by with saving as much money and time as possibly I would just say go with high scope rings on a Ruger 10/22 and low scope rings for a 32mm obj scope and medium scope rings for a 40mm objective on a AR15 with a medium riser.

        • He was responding to the “This was better” part of the comment. G1’s response was implying that he approved of the message in “Part 2” after expressing here and on my site that he did not approve of the message in “Part 1”. If I waited for, or was concerned with receiving the approval of the commentariat at WRSA (I have no control over those comments), I would never put my thoughts to keyboard. My concern isn’t for approval, my concern is for your survival (especially the civilians, because most of you already have a survival skillset deficit). If being the “Mean Sergeant” and telling it as my experience sees it helps you survive, I am willing to be called a “Dick”, to not be liked (Why would you like me, you don’t even know me), and take all the negative criticism you can dish out. THAT is what NCO’s DO! Unlike some trainers, I know this is not a popularity contest.

If anyone needs a reason to train seriously…
While I was in a Dunham’s Sports store just outside of Detroit earlier this weekend, a couple – what I believe Matt Bracken calls “Minority Urban Youths” – came into the gun / firearms area (I was looking at scopes) and one mentioned to the other that they needed to get some “mother-fucking seven point six two for the AKs” and then asked the guy behind the counter (who was a typical white guy) where the 7.62×39 was located.
Both dark skin, relatively young (military age for sure), physically fit (lean / low body fat appearance) looked strong (going by muscle size and definition), kinda quick in their movements, acting not too bright and with an attitude of obviously not caring for social customs and conventions and likely to be very dangerous under the wrong circumstances,
I can only hope that comes the time, their tactics and marksmanship is as good as their manners and their grammer.
