  1. Protest/Counter Protest at Lee Square in downtown Pensacola, Florida. August 26 at 0900. I’ll be there. I work in that city and live about an hour away. Any assistance is appreciated. Mayor supports tearing it down.

      (^highlighted by Remus today, FFS)

But hey, everyone else could be wrong.
Somehow someone could maybe pull this whole thing out of their @$$ in less than 4 days, and not come off looking twice as foolish as the clowncarnucopia of Fail that was Unite The Right Walk Into An Planned Ambush With Our Heads Up Our Asses.

Or, you could take the advice the CNO issued to the Seventh Fleet after the latest naval disaster:
Stop doing everything. Cease all further operations until further notice. Strongly worded message follows.

Remember the Golden Rule: Your circus, your monkeys, and your @$$#$.

      • Problem is, no strongly worded message is coming for us. Operations will simply cease and that’ll be it. If there is something I’m missing, some background message from our “leadership” that will impart some guidance as to our next move, I am all ears for someone to reply to this with a simple “BINGO”. Otherwise, I might just keep “doing”.

        • Aesop is, in any case, is unavailable. He has a c. 3-week backlog of bedpans that want cleaning.

          • I see you’re about as bright A tfA-t was on that score.

Bestsellers from the 1970s noted that juggling shit as a task stopped being a function for nurses, and had devolved to unlicensed aides.

So, once again, congratulations for not reading or knowing anything, but for the sake of not looking like a jackass (futile, but it’s worth a try), maybe find something better to comment on than things about which you’re forty-fifty years out-of-date.

BTW, no one “cleans” bedpans. Exactly like your comments, the bedpans are disposable. Mainly because both are full of the same substance.

And hey, you got some virtue-signalling dumbass there, on your chin; might want to get a hanky a clean it off.

“One of the cardinal principles of 4GW is that before you ever set foot on the battlefield you should already be tilting the battlefield in your favor. Don’t fight the kind of battle the enemy wants in the place that the enemy wants to do so. So my first piece of (probably unheeded) advice would be to stop having rallies in the first place, at least of the kind that are likely to degenerate into brawls with antifa and BLM…”

“Free Speech/Save our History Rally in Pensacola, Florida.
In Pensacola, Florida we have a park called Lee Square with a monument commemorating the Confederate soldiers who died in the Civil War. I’m sure you see where this is going. There is a rally planned for August 26 at 0900 to support protection of the monument.
I expect AntiFa to be there.
The mayor has thrown his support behind removing the monument, but has said he will leave it up to the city council. I know that at least one member of the city council, Lumon May, will vote to remove it.
Come out to the peaceful rally and support our history. I guarantee you that the founding fathers will be next to go.”

My opinion: I’d leave the Confederate rallies alone if I were you, unless you are one of those people who really have a dog in that fight and a group of people with you who are prepared for whatever may come.

Maybe if you do go there, by yourself, leave anything that might identify you as on the “wrong side” (American flags, Pro-Trump or Pro-Republican shirts, hats or other items or bumper stickers) home and walk around in casual clothes on the protestors side and take pictures and videos that may be of value in posting for others to learn about the other side.
Have an answer ready if someone asks which side you are on. (Time to get rid of the statues and you care because your son is married to a black woman, for instance).

  2. another telling pic.

no beards, t-shirts, shorts, ball caps, or flip flops…

nice sunny summer day and those people still presented themselves with dignity. is it more “comfortable”? probably not. but they had a sense of decency and self-respect that has been lost through poor upbringing, poor education, and poor role models. being comfortable is better suited for casual events, not going out in public on display for all to see. many great opportunities are lost when one appears as a rum bum- you really never know who you’re going to meet or bump into…

do put forth effort to clean yourselves up america.

it’s never too late to join the human race.

    • That pic looks to be from the 1930s. So, about 80 years ago.

80 Years before that, these people would be considered downright slovenly.

Time passes. Fashion changes. It’s neither all bad nor all good.

      • Jimmy the Saint

True, fashion does change. But if you want to be taken seriously about something, follow the advice of Proposition Joe: “Look the part, be the part”

  3. A lot to ponder here, this week. Deep down we all know the difference between right and wrong. Clearly what’s happening isn’t right.

I’d love to spend a day or three with this Remus, to sit, talk and learn.

    Thank you.

  4. Just saw an article in WSJ that JP Morgan Chase is donating 1 Million USD split between the SPLC and ADL ‘to further their work in tracking, exposing and fighting hate groups and other extremist organizations’. Wall Street Journal, 8.22.17 page B10, lower left.

I know Tfat (and everyone else with half a living brain cell) is going to go nuts with this.

This is the largest US bank by assets…funding extreme leftist activist groups with millions of dollars? So, I ask: What in the actual fuck is going on here!????

    • Jimmy the Saint

“What in the actual fuck is going on here!????”

They are buying peace for their own interests, and they are backing what they perceive as the strong horse/winning side. It may well be a disagreeable move, but it’s not like it doesn’t make sense.

      • I say again: nothing new. Jew finance + Jew Bolshevism. Same as usual.

$PLC is a Jew communist hedgefund with c. $300,000,000 on Wall St.

Zionist (((B’nai Brith/ADL) is 100% kosher, with billion$ on the Street.

JP Morgan is one of the 5 Fingers of the (((Federal Reserve))) (+ Citi, Goldman-Sachs, Wells Fargo, etc.). Bossman Jamie Dimon is not a Jew. But his controller, the wife, is a Jew; his children are being brought up as such. She probably suggested this (merely symbolic) donation.

I respectfully dissent from the brief paragraph on the safety of fish antibiotics.

They didn’t re-tool the whole factory just to add unadvertised junk to their product line. *Some* however did re-tool to add *advertised* additives for shiny scales or mutatis mutandis brighter feathers (bird doxycycline).

    Just don’t buy that kind.

I buy mine from CHKadels and they are manufactured by Thomas Labs.

I looked up the pills using an online pill identifier and they have identical markings to that of what you get at the pharmacy. And you’ll notice they never modified the dosage either…why the hell does a teeny tiny fish need 250 or 500 mg (!!!) of antibiotics?

Dr Joe Alton who pioneered fish antibiotics for preppers has spoken with people who work in the factories and confirmed for many brands, they just change the bottle and label otherwise it’s the exact same drug.

    I use them. They work.
