My firearms article posted below has been printed in 4 southwest Georgia newspapers–1 last week and 3 this week. Several more say they will print it next week. I DO NOT do anything for personal recognition. I am just trying to do my best to help educate the American public and preserve the 2nd Amendment.

Firearms Owners America’s Last Resort Homeland Security
Legal law abiding American firearms owners have about 300 million guns and an estimated several billion rounds of ammunition. We are not to blame for American violence. Blame excess and illegal immigration, multiculturalism, political correctness, bans on God and Jesus, excessive TV violence, and excessive welfare all provided by Democrats. The consequences and results were predictable and now Democrats are demanding restrictions or elimination of the 2nd Amendment right to possess and carry firearms.
The militia referred to in the Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights in the U.S Constitution is the American Public. The numerous statements made by America ‘s founding fathers are clear that they believed the public should be armed to prevent foreign invasion or government tyranny as a last resort. They would have referred to a group such as the National Guard as a “Select Militia”. Stating that a militia should be well regulated is not a requirement that removes the right to exist from a militia if it ceases to be well regulated as is the current status. Some misinformed individuals are of the opinion that the National Guard has replaced the militia. The National Guard cannot be the militia referenced by America’s founding fathers because they are under the direct control of the President and Congress. If the National Guard were all deployed overseas much of the security necessary to protect the American homeland would rest upon the shoulders of police officers and the 70 million American firearms owners in the Citizens Militia, five million of which are NRA (National Rifle Association) members. So if you are 16 years old or more you are part of the militia based upon the perspective of America’s founding fathers although it originally applied only to males.
Some argue that since only muzzle loading single shot firearms were available in 1791 when the Bill of Rights became part of the U.S. Constitution, that the 2nd Amendment does not protect modern semi-automatic firearms. If this flawed line of thinking was correct it would mean that the 1st Amendment right of freedom of speech and the press does not protect telephones, TV, radio, internet, fax machines, typewriters, computers, or modern high speed printing presses since they had not been invented in 1791.
Guns are not the problem. The problem is hearts without God, homes without discipline, schools without prayer, and courts without justice.

    • “Guns are not the problem. The problem is hearts without God, homes without discipline, schools without prayer, and courts without justice.”

      And homes with no father.

I address all of those issues in my book, you know.

  3. more of the usual (((trickery))).

the congresscritters are playing the same trick with DACA – legalizing the spic “dreamers”:

it’s embedded deep in the tax bill.

meanwhile, carry whenver and wherever you deem appropriate.

  4. I ask no man for permission or so called government that’s actually a corporation, to protect what is mine, period! Pass whatever made up BS in your 10 mile square area that is called dc. I live in the real world where shit happens…

  5. The entire “Fix NICS” crapola, and the language limiting this to states that allow CCW is simply poisoned-pill bill-killing, writ large, in plain sight.

It would be like saying you can be married if you’re gay, but only in states which already allowed gay marriage. Which is both recockulous for violating equal protection and full faith and credit clauses, and not reciprocity. (A lot like calling ObozoCare “affordable health care”).

The entire point of reciprocity is so that a resident of NC or NE cannot be ass-raped by the laws of IL or MA while visiting or passing through if they have a valid CCW. Just like with your driver’s license, marriage license, or dog license, government only gets one bite at the apple.
If they want to ass-rape their own state’s citizens, that’s a matter for those voters to decide. But they don’t get to superceed the Constitution for everyone else just because they don’t feel like obeying it today.

If those provisions stay, it’s not CCW reciprocity, and the bill should be sent straight to hell.

And if they stay, the Republicrats on the conference committee, and Speaker Quisling Ryan, need to be primaried the hell out for incompetence and massive inability to do their fucking jobs.

If they pass actual reciprocity, the only people it targets are asstard politicians in gun-banning states, because they’ll be inundated with people moving across state lines to get their rights back, and commuting in, especially in the tiny-state east coast. Imagine folks in Kenosha or Gary telling Deadfish Emmanuel and Chicongo’s corrupt cops to pound sand, because they had a valid CCW.
Chicongo would be an economic ghost town just like Detroit, and the commuter-workers would be armed to the teeth.

  6. When one begs from the parasite class for the “right” to do something, that thing that one is begging for wasn’t a in-born right right at all but a mere “privilege”…something to be granted or denied as “Da Massa” decrees.

Even more to the point is that the mere act of begging declares that the one doing the begging is of a subordinate status…a mere serf, helot or slave.

It’s time for this explanation again…

You’re Not the Boss of Me

I personally don’t give a flying rats ass what the parasite class ANYWHERE (but especially in Mordor on the Potomac) “decides” where anything of importance to me is concerned.
They can make up any illusionary bullshit called “law” they like (and they do so all the time), the matter of “enforcement” 2,500 miles away from their swamp hive is a totally different matter for me especially since I’ve long ago stopped worshipping their false god and seen that their ‘legitimacy’ has no more reality than a freshly used square of charmin waiting to be flushed.

Fuck them and their mental shell game..they’re no different from the character of ‘Lucy’ promising to hold the football steady “this time”.

To be Free, act Free and live Free!
Carry what you want, where and when you want..and if some badged orcs and orcettes don’t like it then deal with them as appropriate.

Agree with Herschel – if it gets enacted, it will be tied up in the courts forever.

  8. The Walkin' Dude

I hope that traitor Coryn has a horrible car crash or plane accident. Traitorous scum fought tooth and nail against constitutional carry here in TX before. Now allies himself with gun grabbing kikes. What a literal piece of shit. I can’t wait for the nukes to drop.

  9. Well stated James.

“consent of the governed…” I withdrew my consent many years ago. Don’t really care what laws they pass or who tries to enforce them. I own me.
    Fedgov can FOAD.

  12. Watch how they handle the prohibited persons list when given the opportunity to expand the database to register all CCW holders and cross-germinate the data against all the other databases available at the FEDGOD level.

The SLAVFOR hate permit-less concealed and open carry of weapons and this is the way to eliminate it.

Whatever FEDGOD grants, it can take away.

To quote Herschel: “I do not support any bill, ever, under any circumstances, for any reason whatsoever, that includes more gun laws. I do not believe in compromise.”

Remember your own experiences, improved NICS is improved de facto registration and nothing else. Yet another fever-dream realized by the gun prohibitionists who want to cripple or “manage” firearms ownership with a seemingly innocuous permit process that will evolve to a prohibition process. The Fudds will line up…

There is nothing good in this but then again, government.

    Cordially,

    Bill Buppert

  13. National Reciprocity is a BAD IDEA.
This is just more gun regulation.
More laws that can be perverted, twisted, amended or altered to suit your government masters. There is NO benefit for CCW’s here; in fact it will decrease your safety when travelling through gun-unfriendly states.

I don’t want to be this guy:
    https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2014/01/15/unreal-unarmed-but-legal-florida-ccw-gun-owner-drives-through-maryland-then-it-goes-downhill/
Innocent stopped by MD cop after plate reader identified him as a CCW, despite this being illegal. You want this type of police activity the new norm?
Really? Do you trust your government to uphold any passed law?

Easy travel fix: transport weapon in an ammo can with the front wire handle locked to the top with a breech lock. This can be sprung loose in less than several seconds without a key. This satisfies the law when passing through states as you’re travelling with said firearm in a locked container.
I have shown this setup to LEO’s in several states and they approved of it as following the laws nationwide.
In addition, NEVER announce you are carrying, even in states that require it.
Travel no more than 8 miles an hour over the speed limit.
In addition, think twice about travelling through gun unfriendly areas when crossing state lines, and circumvent them if possible, even if it adds travel time.

  14. GOA is jew compromised. GOA will betray its constituency at the 11th hour.

  15. Ned: What are calling a breech lock?

  16. This law is actually a prelude to national gun license and registration. Just watch this pass and EVERYONE gets forced to carry a federal gun license based on the federal CDL. And once they have a universal hand gun registry………

Earlier this year in 2017 I read an article titled “TOP 10 GUNS IN AMERICA”. It listed the M1 Garand rifle, Colt 1911 pistol, Thompson Sub Machine gun and others. I posted the following comment
Maybe this Article should have been titled “Top 11 Guns in America. The Sharps Model 1874 rifle and it’s earlier versions of cartridge rifles beginning about 1869 were called Sharps Sporting Rifles. This is the gun that “Made The West Safe For Winchester And Colt”. It was the rolling boom of the big Sharps Single Shot Rifle and not the sharp crack of the Winchester or Colt revolvers that slaughtered the great buffalo herds and did more to put Indians on reservations than the U.S Army. The early Sharps rifles were 50 caliber and are referred to as “The Big 50 Sharps” by Western writers. It was the 50-2-1/2″ or 50-90. The larger 50-140 was never chambered by the Sharps factory but the chamber was lengthened to 50-3-1/4″ by some gunsmiths but by the time it arrived about 1882-1883 the buffalo herds were gone. Other calibers followed the 50-90 and were 40, 44, and 45 caliber. The best caliber developed was probably the 45-110 45-2-7/8″. . As a dealer in Antique Classic Collectible Firearms I have bought and sold a number of these rifles. In 1974 I purchased an 1874 Model manufactured in 1872 which was at that time just called a Sharps sporting Rifle. Factory records showed that it was shipped to Fort Hays Kansas. It was obviously a Big 50 Sharps Buffalo Rifle. At that time it took awhile to sell it for $3500 to $4500–I don’t remember exactly but by the mid 1990’s it was worth over $30,000. The buffalo guns sell for a much higher price than ones shipped to New York or elsewhere in the East as target rifles. A real “Shipped West” buffalo gun will sell for 2 to 4 times the amount of a Sharps shipped to New England. Intermediate in value are those shipped to California.

  18. Just in case anyone is paying attention, the cure is not to make MORE laws but rather to eliminate all existing illegal laws. What part of “…shall not be infringed…” do you not understand?

According to that original law of the land, the law that all others should be based upon, that sacred parchment under glass, ALL gun laws in the US are illegal and that especially includes all the illegal wording from the supreme court.

I ignore most laws unless there is an immediate reason not to.

  19. Wrong.

Make guns, ammo, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and whores all illegal. Among other.

Make all land either private with no tresspassing signs or government owned with either no tresspassing signs or pay to access.

If you get a bunch of people not living lawfully, they will at least have common ground. That may help build relationships.

You are as free as you want to be, just understand the consequences. Moral and community support can help with those consequences.

Go experience California and some of the people. See how lawful they are living.

  20. I wish whomever is setting the big wildfires out west would pay a visit to Virginia and Maryland….

    • 😎 It’s that Cali-cool vibe. Notice how these fires are taking in so many houses of Hollyweird types? And they thought that snake hands & wandering jack-in-the-boxes were publicity headlines that they could handle. Even the song says, the boll weevil needs a home. We get fires every year, all the time. We’ll see what we can do to spread some FEMA money around.

  21. the murkins get exactly what they deserve.

    fucking lowlife scum.

how’s the asking for permission working for yews?

fucking sheep need sheered and then be slaughtered.

    • Don’t you live in Canada? Canada is far worse on firearms ownership and use that most states in the US.

When I lived in Montana, my Canadian friends used to love coming down so they could shoot handguns, an activity they were all but refused.

      • I live on a First Nations Reservation that happens to be an Island off the coast of canada. there’s a difference…
