I hope the victim’s family is on top of this. If there ever is a case in federal court for a criminal prosecution under Title 18, section 242, U.S.C. This is it. I will not hold my breath, however. Kelly Thomas, Miriam Carey, Jose Guarena and others happened under Barry the cop-hater’s administration and nothing was done by the USAG’s Office. What could the victim have done differently in that instance and circumstance?
Once he was on the ground with his hands locked on the back of his head, he could have stayed right in that position. Even though the one cop is belligerent, there is still a small dialogue between the two. Tell him you are unarmed, you will not move, you are staying in that position, and for him to come to you and arrest you. Do not try and follow a bunch belligerent orders with guns covering you. Get in the most not threatening position slowly, stay put, and submit, hold your ground and nerve.
Minimize the margin for error.
Also, find some responsible citizens to make friends with, help eachother out, be dependable, are determined, and are willing to help share the responsibility of being responsible and ready.
