GoV: The Past Is A Foreign Country

Was America evil at its core?

The modern answer is “Yes”.

YMMV.

  1. HA! ‘Zackly! I’ve met a kindred spirit!

I still sing all these old Stephen Foster 1850 songs that I learned in publik skool “up North” in the 1950s. Taught by an exquisite, prim, and proper Lady of the South, Thelma Barksdale.

    “Ring, ring the banjo!
I like that good old song,
    Come again my true love,
Oh! where you been so long!”

  2. This mess is on the King of England. Thank Teresa May is you wish, or Christopher Steele maybe. Why we give them a pass is beyond me, they dragged these people over here when they ran out of indentured white people. Blaming me for something I did not do will just get you a head shot.

  3. DWEEZIL THE WEASEL

I wonder if the mother or all chimp-outs would ensue if this song was sung by Maxine Waters or Kamala Harris? Just some musings before I go back outside to shovel the drifts here in Winterfell. Bleib ubrig, friends.

  4. Indeed it is …
Family goes back 4 generations in Florida. In the period right up to WWII it was the responsibility of the farm or ranch owner to provide for the education of the migrants and blacks minor children. I still have the books my grandmother used. Let me tell ya, Eubonics had nothing on what was the instructional tools used back then.

  6. Na, America’s not evil, their is a minority at the top, who make it seem were evil. History confirms were just repeating the past, that globally. Gov, mic big oil, etc etc, need their wings clipped.

slavery’s alive and well in this world. Please consider the unhealthy sex slavery happening right here in the US, right now. UN cool!.

Until the different sides, agree to disagree, split this country into smaller sections where like minded folk agree, on most fundimental issues, can the damage done by DC, began to heal.

Seems most of the evil lives in DC, bigger cities.

    • Don’t kid yourself, Dirk.

Madame Defarge is not just a fictional character.

There are likely a dozen people within a few miles of your house who, given the opportunity, could teach lessons to Stalin and Mao with what they’d do to you, if they could.

It’s easy to blame DC etc., but all the people who live there and rule there were born and raised somewhere far nearer to you than to Mordor, and sent there by your friends and neighbors.

      • You are more right than you know. There is a Mosque not less than a mile from my current residence.

      • Aesop, it’s certainly possible. This I know, if things get frosty the few community issues would be addressed quickly, all without my participation or knowledge.

Here, the majority see things more like folks here, preparation, firearms are just a way of life. CCW, is the norm, here. Oregon is a SHALL issue State. Every sheriff I’ve known, which is back to 89, has insisted the citizens arm themselves.

Their point being, this county is bigger then entire States in the NE US. Leo’s simply can’t get their quick enough, even in the close in urban growth boundary area.

You gotta take care of business, do so in a lawful, manner. And never forget, you were in fear for your life, or another’s life.

Their are bills in legislature, as I write this. 501, is especially over the top According to my Dist 56 reps, their unconstitutional. He expects the dem super majority to severely back off and vote in a “compromise” set of laws. Which will still be bullshit.

Ain’t nobody down here gonna comply. Klamath County, my place, is a firearms ” Santuary firearms county”. Voted on and by the residences,,and passing with very impressive voter numbers. Also, It is the Duty of the elected sheriff to determine the Constitutionality of any bill voted into law, by our far left legislature.

        Tic Toc.

    • Correct about location of concentrated evil: cities where psychopaths can “blend in” and have a steady stream of new victims who are “strangers” to each other with little effort. In a village or town, the sociopath or psychopath is subject to exposure early in life, leading to expulsion/death. In the city, he (almost always “he”, but the “she” psychopath is even more deadly) can live a life of rule-following, ladder-climbing, and hedonism as desired. Watch for men who can’t keep a job for more than a year (for decades!) even when it’s a solitary job like writing/reporting, and tries to set others against each others to stand back and provide the “solution” which is him being in a position of being essential/in-power.

  7. America is the epitome of evil..

    pure n simple.

there’s a reason the entire rest of the world hates it.

those who cannot see this have their head shoved so far up their ass it’s a wonder they can even breath. mebbe they should hire themselves out for colonoscopys

    • Define evil, genius.

There’s no God in your world, so for you “evil” merely means an entirely subjective list of “things *I don’t like.” It’s indistinguishable from the opinions of Leftard moonbats in that respect.

Thus any opinion you could have on the subject is entirely without value to anyone but you.

And the entire rest of the world is Shitholia.
Even if some of it is upholstered.
      Envy is never pretty.
      Neither is sociopathy.

  8. “Was America evil at its core?”

No, it wasn’t evil per se. But it was essentially doomed from the get-go. Or rather, with the adoption of the First Amendment which essentially refused to recognize the Kingship of Christ.

A good book on the subject is “Puritan’s Empire” by Charles Coulombe.

    • oh. fuck your stupid god

that fable is proven fake news by it’s own countless failures

      enough with the fairytales

i have more respect for drunk niggers smoking crack

      at least they are real

    • Self-serving twaddle.

      But prove me wrong.
Name all the successful theocracies in history, to date.

      • “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.” – C.S. Lewis

Thus we see that both C. S. Lewis and the Founders can discern the obvious, which has yet to smack you in the back of the head.
        Yet.

      • You’re obviously ignorant on the Kingship of Christ, for that is not a theocracy.

In any event, I’ll get back to you when fUSA finally fizzles out, you’re stuck on your mountain playing ‘Lord of the Flies’ and trying to come up with the next big thing which, short of recognizing the Kingship of Christ, will be just as fruitless as everything before it.

  9. On special family outings we’d always eat at ‘Litt’l Black Sambo’s’!
