    (((Attorney General Phil Weiser)))
    Every. Single. Time.

  2. Attorney General Phil (((Weiser))). Just another cohencidence.

  3. Any sheriffs who DO support it should resign.

  4. Cue the false flag shooting to make some county liable. Tom Chittum’s – CW II looking more real everyday.

As Andrew Jackson once said: John Marshall has made his decision now let him enforce it.

I do not believe these people are really thinking this through bc after word of these raids starts getting around these dudes enforcing this shit are gonna be little different than the poor GI’s arriving at Normandy when the gate dropped on their LCs. People ain’t gonna take this shit lying down.

That conservative wag from OANN, Posobiec a twittercon has been warning this AM about the Chans being under the gaze of the powers with shiny badges and guns.

So if you are over there engaging in the cargo cult ritual of right wing tough talk and violence you might get your wish, just saying.

  7. Well, there is one of Weiser…………and how many resisting sheriffs? Odds don’t seem in the Weisenheimer’s favor. Plus, there is that pesky citizen’s thing, so………I’d personally like to see a Colorado Clean Out, like in the olden days. Ridin’, ropin’, and runnin’ are all skills worth cultivating.

  8. Or what…?

Best wishes to the CO AG with Phase II of his Clever Plan.
Stock up on popcorn and beverages.

    • watch out (((communists))), here come

Jawn Wayne, anon actor, Deano, Earl Holliman, and

      AeSOp

      • Proof once again that ignorance begets stupidity as horseshit begets flies.

Beyond interest in what should prove an entertaining spectacle, being neither a resident of the Centennial State, nor any sheriff within it, I have no dog in this fight. I suspect those who are both will prove quite frisky enough on their own.

Being witty requires wits, and you’ve once again overestimated your supply.
Return to fishmongering your usual codswallop.
It won’t showcase anything new, but it also won’t leave you face first in the mud looking so silly.
You ought to learn to be content with what you can achieve.

  9. Weiser had better read up on the media comments supporting Weld county sheriff Steve Reams… last I read, three hundred some comments advocating that the atty general Weiser resign or be recalled. [ And now the fudgepacker govenor has 2 recall petitions initiated to adios him.] The rural here in Colo, are becoming a mite bit agitated with the metro folks gang raping tactics. We shall see, it is about their total socialist onslaught. Hope Colorado is where it gets frisky first……and soon…..

The battle lines are even more granular than that over this red flag law. The sheriff in my county is one of the primary advocates of the bill (he’s a Cuckservative Republican). It’s a red county (having voted over 60% for Trump), so the county commissioners passed a resolution barring the sheriff from enforcing the red flag law by withholding funding for the department. Can’t wait to see how that ends up. I’ve got the popcorn ready and (and mags loaded in case things get a little too sporty).

    • “60% voted for Trump”

and it’s Trump that signed the RFL.

      suckers

      • Trump signed a Red Flag Law? When? Link?

        • There is no link; it never happened.

Haxo is never one to let pesky facts get in the way of a good screed if there’s a chance to ring the Joooooooooooooooooooooos! alarm.

        • Nah, he hasn’t signed RFL yet. There isn’t an EO, nor a congressional bill.

He just went on national TV and said “Get the guns first, worry about due process second.”

He also said he’s a strong supporter of the second amendment.

He also said he’d end chain migration and birthright citizenship for anchor babies by EO.

He also has never mentioned white americans once, in any tweet, speech or off-the-cuff.

Take from it what you will.

So, will the Governor of Commierado call out the NG or send the state Orcs and Orcettes to do battle with these patriots? Time will tell. (((Attorney General Weiser))) has no authority to send Commierado’s Black and Tans out to murder and pillage. Only the Governor does. The same thing is happening not far from my A/O in the Washington Soviet Republic. We do live in interesting times. Bleib ubrig.

When Blue States are forced to comply with Federal immigration policy, then you can speak to me about the rule of law. It isn’t a one way street.

  13. It’s that way in WA State as well, I hope they bring a lunch, and lots of help. Maybe the UN would like to take this on?

  14. County Commision meetings are still easy to attend, as are the addresses of said commissioners.
Hell most people paying attention should already have such info right? Plan accordingly.

  15. Maybe ol’ Phil should go out and personally confiscate those weapons himself. Set a good example, show those non-compliant how it’s done. Then again, the sheriffs should tell ol’ Phil to go piss up a rope.

I was expecting this as States cannot have their authority rejected otherwise you stop having a State

That said other than picking off Sheriffs one at a time there isn’t much he can do. Once more people refuse unrighteous authority backed with arms , OpFor has to crap or get off the proverbial pot

How that goes no one knows.

  17. Dear Patriot Sheriff:

My rifle, kit and myself stand ready 24/7/365, any weather, all conditions to defend alongside you and your deputies the people and property of X county against any threat from without the populace, metes and bounds of X county. That would include defending you, your deputies, their families and county infrastructure, insuring logistic supply and intelligence relay as well.

This offer remains until revoked by my death, disability or traitorous behavior by XCSO.

    Unreservedly and With Sound Mind:
    Fred Q. Patriot.

P.S. Some of my friends at a blog called WRSA want to know if you’re a Heeb before they pledge support. And also if you’re an orc or whatever the shit that is.

    • Donny Corleone

Fred, I already know that he isn’t a hebe. He doesn’t want to take their guns.

So maybe the AG tries to use the state police to enforce this? What happens when the local Sheriffs deputize a militia and put more troops in the field than the AG has?

    • They call in the FBI Hostage Roasting Team just like in Harney County Oregon.

      • Well, if the locals are stupid enough to recruit 60% FBI informants like the Bundytards did, they’ll deserve whatever comes their way, won’t they?

Should we start collecting rubber dildos for their CARE packages now, or wait until they get better organized?

        Asking for a friend.

I’m pretty sure the sheriffs don’t report to the AG, but to the voters of their counties. Perhaps the AG wants to send state troopers to arrest sheriffs? Might be legally trickey, as the sheriff is the primaryLEO within his/her own jurisdiction. AG had better do it all at once, otherwise the first one apprehended will likely be the last one the troopers can find!
